Adequate but way too much buck for the bang.

Just came out from LV where we stayed on the strip in a real resort hotel. The amenities and overall offerings far exceeded this 'spa' We paid considerably less on the Strip. I guess we paid for location at G C.

Overpriced

You are better off at Holiday Inn. This is not a resort.

Cons: More outlets available for chargers. We had roly poly bugs in the room.
Location: It is a very central location of the town. Within walking distance to Imax theatre and restaurants.
Our stay was pleasant. We were there showing out of state relatives the Grand Canyon.

Excellent staff clean room. It is behind other places so it is difficult to know where to go

Pros: The staff
Cons: I think that it could use a little remodeling
Hotel was located just outside the Grand Canyon south rim park. Hotel is older, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in a great location

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: Souvenirs, eating and socializing could occur within the compound. Location is perfect
Cons: Concierge gave incorrect information about Mass on Sunday and was very glib with directions to the Chapel
Location: Grand Canyon and the National Park is everything you need to know
Grand Canyon is spectacular. Words cannot describe the beauty and majesty of this landmark. The colors change with every passing cloud and change of your location.

Disappointing

Posted Oct 16, 2014
Apart from the great location, which I guess explains the price, I was disappointed with this hotel. Whole place was scruffy and tired and room was crowded and small. Pool was good, staff helpful, rest of it was below average. Maintenance is required throughout hotel.

Convenient to Grand Canyon

Posted Oct 16, 2014
The public spaces were very nice including lounge area, hot tub and resteraunt. The food was very expensive, but a McDonalds across the street. There was only one elevator which made for a lot of walking, or climbing stairs. We tried to make coffee in our room, but our mugs were dirty - one was moldy! When given to the front desk, there was no apology. There wasn't acomplimentary breakfast.

It was ok.

Location: Location was good, close to the Grand Canyon.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom leaked.
