It is a good hotel to stay inn, probably not to spend the day but it's perfect to be close to Grand Canyon, to the IMAX at a good price.

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Nice beds!
Cons: Restaurant was to expensive for supper, we just wanted something quick as we were tired after a tiring day.
Location: Lots of exciting things to do and see.
Just a aui k drive form the park and after a long day that was worth while.

Missing furniture, no apology, lock didn't lock

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: It is nice and close to the Grand Canyon.
Cons: Don't rent out rooms freshly painted and not completely furnished. Make sure locks work, bring customers bedding requested. Give Expedia details.
Location: Very close to the Grand Canyon.
My almost 80 year old friend and I (almost 70) stayed here last Friday night, Feb. 23, 2014. The room had a disturbingly strong smell of fresh paint. There were no tables. All of the lamps and the phone were on the floor. 1/2 of the room had no furniture at all. I knelt on the floor and called the front desk and was told the manager, Chris, would call me back. When he did I was asked if I was American. I said that I was. He then said the tables hadn't yet arrived because of the dock strike in California. I told him this was really inconvenient and asked if he could find the old tables, or any tables so we could take the lamps and phone off the floor. He said that wasn't possible and if I had booked with the hotel directly instead of through a third party (Expedia) I would have been told that there was were no tables in the room. He didn't address the paint smell. I asked for a pillow and blanket so that I could use the sofa bed as the "king" bed was no larger than a queen. He said yes. An hour and a half later no pillow or blanket had been delivered and I went to sleep in the too small bed. I deadbolted the door. After we had both fallen asleep, someone was able to walk right into our room. I woke up and kind of yelped. The intruder took off. I was shaking and went to check the door. Even though you set the deadbolt, it doesn't click or connect...so the door is not actually deadbolted. Don't know why that person came into our room but he took off and stayed away.

Receptionist priscella

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Precilla was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the hospitality business. Very abrupt when we were checking in. On the other hand when we got to the hotel early there was the friendliest receptionist Kelsey. She was very helpful in telling us where to go in regards to the the Grand Canyon. For most people this is a once in a lifetime experince & my recommendation is Precilla should not be working where she comes in contact with visitors. And Kelsey was very pleasant as she was checking someone else the next morning. Give the girl a raise.

Not as nice as across the street!

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: Ben, at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.
Location: Great location, close to Grand Canyon.
The rooms are small, and it had been recently painted (nice) but there were no bed side tables so phone, light etc was on the floor (uncomfortable). There was a luggage cart which was great. And though the place was full, it was quiet. Didn't eat at the brkfst buffet... because I don't care for buffets for Breaky.

Good location, good food, but unnecessary music

Posted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: We called the front desk and were promptly rewarded with a maintenance man who was able to clean and replace our a/c filter. Great service!
Cons: Provide more of those great sandalwood scented soaps!
Location: Very near the south rim of the Grand Canyon.
We enjoyed our stay, and found the gifts shop off the lobby to be a good buy on a number of items, but the atrium/lounge area (adjacent to our room) had music pumped in throughout the night. We were told it would go off at 10 p.m., but it was only turned down.

Choose at your own discretion

Posted Feb 16, 2015
The hotel is very well located, its very close to the canyon which is a huge advantage. Our stay was hampered, as there was cockroach on our bed. It was a very un-nerving experience. Until then i liked the hotel, but that marred the whole experience and then for the rest of the trip too we were always looking for cockroaches at other hotels too. Chosing the hotel is at your own discretion, would not recommend it, there is a best western right next to it, i dont know how it is but would stay there the next time.

日の出が見やすい

アメニティはほどほどでしたが、近くにコンビニやガソリンスタンドもあり、また日の出ポイントへのアクセスもよく、非常に快適にグランドキャニオンを楽しむことができました。
