Comfortable and Reasonable

Posted May 9, 2014
Pros: Ambiance and cleanliness. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: Front deck staff OTL. One was on her phone texting and the other could not tell us accurate details about restaurant across the street.
Left Las Vegas and looking for an overnight between Grand Canyon and onto Sedona and Jerome the next day. Fit bill perfectly.

Nice enough hotel for one night

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: Fitted sheets. Good Continental Breakfast. Close to interstate.
Cons: Lobby area where we checked in was rather shabby.
We made reservations at this Comfort Inn because it was just off the interstate and we were just there for one quick night. The lobby where we checked in had a dirty, stained rug that wasn't too welcoming, but our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed had fitted sheets which is a plus for me. They had a very nice, spacious area with a Continental breakfast that a large number of people were taking advantage of. I would stay there again.

Pros: Location and ambiance.
Cons: Refurbish whole hotel and better choice for breakfast.
Very good ambiance and location but it needs a full refurbishment of public rooms and carpets.

Best stay of the whole vacation!

Pros: The common space with the fireplace. Lots of room to pull up chairs and chat by the fire.
Cons: No suggestions.
Location: Lowell Observatory - good restaurants.
Check in staff was wonderful - even though we came early. Our room was so clean, bright, and pleasant. The common space was lovely - with a fireplace. We visited with our friends by the fireside until we had to go to bed. Breakfast was delicious, diverse, and plentiful. It was kept well- stocked. Location was excellent as well, in a very convenient area for restaurants and the Lowell Observatory.

Quick Pit Stop

We were only there overnight as a quick stop along our route. The hotel was quiet. Good breakfast selection in a nice large dining area.
