NIce hotel in a nice little town.

We enjoyed our stay in Williams. The hotel was in a nice location and it was a great place to stay. The staff was nice and I liked that there was a laundry facility.

No street noise, just a few late night door slams & some yelling. Otherwise pretty quiet. Typical continental breakfast. Decent pool & hot tub. Clean room.

Best stay close to Grand Canyon

Pros: Location location location.
Cons: More friendly and welcoming front desk staff.
Location: It was all about the Grand Canyon for us.
The hotel is at the western edge of town, which is to say about six blocks from town center. This helps with keeping the noise level down. The room was well appointed but the noise level inside the hotel was a bit high due to a travel group of teenagers. Breakfast was well done and the staff kept it stocked and cleaned nicely. The front desk staff was slight abrupt upon check-in and when we asked for minor assistance.

The bathroom was in terrible disrepair!

Pros: The staff were all very accommodating.
Cons: The bathroom needs to be redone; it is in terrible disrepair. Also, it was far too small to be comfortable. The door hit the tub! Pool hours.
Location: We came from the Grand Canyon. Williams is a nice place to stop.
The staff was wonderful, but the bathroom had pealing wallpaper, poorly sealed joints, and the frame around the door was coming off. The paint job in the bathroom was abysmal. The bed was uncomfortable. Though I liked the staff, I would not stay there again.

Location: Great restaurants and Grand Canyon not too far.
We had a great experience staying while hiking and recovering from Grand Canyon experience. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Thank you!

Location: Booked the train to Grand Canyon, BEARIZONA~both were awesome! We ate at a Rod's Steakhouse several blocks down the street which was also fantastic~
wanted to experience the Grand Canyon, heard that the train out of williams was fantastic, so needed a hotel to stay the night prior. booked this hotel through expedia. Pictures were exactly what we got; good, clean, friendly hotel. staff were very pleasant and helpful. Train depot was fun, train ride was awesome (first class), Bearizona was fantastic, Route 66 was clean, loved the history! Rod's steakhouse was delicious and loved the atmosphere! I love this town!!!!
