The hotel was well located with easy access to the airport, restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and well appointed with the exception of the bed that was very hard and the pillows on the bed which were very uncomfortable.

Dissappointment

Posted Mar 28, 2015
Was not told at booking that pool was out of order, had to use pool at hotel across street. Breakfast wasn't free since I booked through expedia, wanted $11.95 per person for buffet, something I'd get for free at comfort Inn. Asked for comment card, receptionist couldn't find one? It will be a long time before I go to another court yard or Marriot.

Very nice hotel with great facilities

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Easy to find, convenient parking, very clean.
Location: Only stopped one night, a few restaurants are within walking distance, not too far from the freeway.
Arrived late at night, convenient parking garage, very friendly staff, excellent rooms.

Nice room

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Nice room, bed was comfy. It was clean. Walls are very thin, was hearing neighbors for a while. It was very loud. We had booked with Expedia, they said nothing about a breakfast, we assumed it was continental. We paid 23.00 for my husband and me! It wasn't even a good breakfast! I don't think we will be returning. Check for free a breakfast too.

Needs some updating

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Everything needs updated
Location: Climbing, hiking, Lowell Observatory
We had a lot of problems and had to change rooms 3 times in the first 12hrs we were there. First room had some equipment left in it (ionizer from the cleaning staff to remove smoke smell...smell was still present), second room had water damage to the ceiling and the drywall/paint was crumbling on the floor. Third room was a suite upgrade (which they tried to fight me on but it wasn't busy and I thought we deserved at least that). I set a towel on the towel rack and it fell onto my daughter. Never got a call from the Assistant GM (apparently they are without a GM...no wonder). Very disappointed in this hotel. Could be very nice, but needs a lot of maintenance/upkeep.

The hotel rooms and grounds are great. There is an open courtyard with fire pit and seating and the room was comfortable and clean. Great deal for the price.
