Clean, functional, seemingly well-run hotel, right on the edge of Northern Arizona University campus - and close to downtown restaurants and shops. Free breakfast and evening snacks, drinks a plus. Suite was perfect for family travel with kids.

Great value

Pros: Staff was great
Cons: Although there is a parking garage with a covered walkway, I was not fond of the hike from garage to hotel.
Location: Near everything
Check in was fast and staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice family friendly hotel

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Stayed for 2 nights. Comfortable rooms. Covered garage parking. Great complimentary breakfast buffet and complimentary evening drinks (wines, cocktails, beer included) and dinner (hot dogs, pasta, soup, baked potato etc). If you want a better dinner, there is a good bar and grill restaurant across the street.

Just O.K.

Pros: The people who worked there.
Cons: Good deep cleaning.
Location: Great.
My room was dirty. It needed a good scrubbing. Also saw a maid swishing a floor in another room with the rag on her foot. The bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. However, smudges and stains around the room gave me that creepy feeling. They served breakfast which was o.k but free. The girl behind the counter was very nice. They had a reception which included free drinks...did not attend . People at the hotel were very friendly. Over all it would be a great place to stay if they gave it a good scrubbing.

Spring Break

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: The location was perfect to visit the college, the Grand Canyon and great restaurants. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Staff were very kind.
Cons: Nothing at this time.
Location: The location was perfect for our visit to NAU within walking distance as well as great restaurants. It was close enough to the Grand Canyon too.
My daughter and I went to Flagstaff for a campus tour of NAU. The Drury hotel was recommended for our 2 day stay. When we arrived we were met by very kind staff who checked us in. The hotel was lobby was very warm and inviting with a seating & fireplace. Our room was clean, comfortable beds and a refrigerator. Popcorn machine in the lobby was my favorite! It is within walking distance from the college and restaurants. The "Kick Back" (like Happy Hour, but with family) was amazing with food and drinks. The free breakfast buffet included with your stay was also impressive (not a continental breakfast for sure!) The staff were always available to help with service, directions or recommendations. I signed up for the members program and look forward to our next stay with Drury Hotel.

Pros: Location
Cons: Little noisy near the elevators. The constant dinging woke us up in the morning.
