New hotel, right at University campus.Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Staff was very accommodating and service-oriented.
Location: Right on university campus, easy grocery shopping nearby, good access to transportation, great parking, even close to Amtrak station.
This was our first time at a Drury hotel. This hotel is pristine, lots of families, pet-friendly. Free buffet for breakfast and dinner, plus complimentary drinks! Rooms are well-appointed, clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms roomy with modern variable flush toilets. Lots of things to do in Flagstaff, has an old town center very well kept. Close enough for day visit to Grand Canyon. Very convenient to the university.

Perfect Flagstaff HotelPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Location, easy to find, breakfast included, room upgrades are great, warm popcorn in the evening (!)
Cons: Breakfast was weak. Need to add things like eggs, bacon, & french toast.
I'm a repeat customer at the Drury Inn in Flagstaff and my latest visit was even better than the first. Easy parking, quiet room, and some rooms have fabulous views.

Nice hotel in the center of FlagstaffPosted Jul 27, 2015
Housekeeper did not make our beds. We had straightened the beds up in the morning and the housekeeper left them exactly the way we left them. They did clean the bathroom. Everything else was OK .

Wanted a nice hotel for one night with a good breakfast. Drury inn was not worth the premium for an awful breakfast

Stay at Drury HotelPosted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Room a good size to fit 5 fClean, updated furnishings. Nice check in - staff helpful to get a rollaway. Location was centra
Cons: seating for breakfast. breakfast itself could be a bit better though it was adequate. Price is a bit high for the utility and region
Location: Flagstaff was surprisingly vibrant. In fact restaurants were largely full. Desert on the way to nearby grand canyon was really pretty
It was a limited stay. place was clean and nice. staff helpful. Breakfast was okay / seating might have been better.

Nice hotel!Posted Jul 8, 2015
Pros: The room was clean. The covered parking was very convenient. Shower flow was excellent. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: Better pillows and a firmer bed would be big improvements. Internet access was choppy at times.
Location: The hotel is right on the campus of Northern Arizona University. There are many restaurants not far away.
My wife and I stayed here three nights while out west to see the Grand Canyon. Overall, our experience here was good. The staff was very friendly throughout our visit. Breakfast was very good each morning. Our room was clean, and the shower flow was very good. Sleeping on our king size bed was not the best; the pillows weren't very good and the bed was extremely bouncy (my wife and I jokingly referred to it as a "bounce house"). Internet access was very choppy the last night we were there. Overall, though, this was a good hotel for us.

Center of everythingPosted Jul 6, 2015
We enjoyed staying at the hotel, easy access, and close to old town, as well as the newer areas of the town. Enjoyed the pet friendly availability, we didn't have our pet, but it was nice to see so many pets traveling with their owners . The breakfast and snack time was amazing. You can choose to eat healthy or not. The atmosphere was homey and comfortable. Rooms were clean and fresh. We had a very relaxing and restful stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Enjoyed the Whole foods store as well as the new shopping area where it is located up the street from the hotel. We ate at the Wildflower Bread Company and it was awesome, great healthy menu.
