Good for a couple of nights

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable and is within a few miles from a lot of places. Ideal for a couple of nights stay!
Location: There is a coffee shop, restaurant, Walmart, etc within a mile away from the hotel.
The room was clean, close to a lot of places like restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It had a small refrigerator, oven and a TV. It is an hour and a half away from the south rim and would quite possibly be the nearest major city if one is not able to find lodging within grand canyon. Overall, we liked the stay and would definitely recommend it.

Budget motel

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Stayed in an end unit. No windows, only skylight style at roof line. Extremely small bath, but decent sized bed area. I'd say its ok for a bed and shower, but that's all. King bed was very comfortable. Older motel with low cost renovation.

Two nights stay

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: The area of the motel is good.
Location: Walking distance to the oldtown area of Flagstaff.
A good motel for transit. We booked it for 2 nights for visiting the Grand Canyon. The straff was friendly and the room was clean. We enjoyed the stay.

Location: We were in walking distance to numerous dining establishments such as a local brewery and sports bar.
Great place for the price. We were staying in between the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and perfect for what we needed.

Great family place

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Stayed here three nights with husband and two kids. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice beds, clean bathrooms, close to everything we needed in Flagstaff. Close to the 40 so we could get to Bearizona and Williams for the Grand Canyon train easily. Also close to lots of eating places and disc golf parks. Even though it is downtown, it was quiet. Didn't hear another guest once, and the parking lot was full every night. Asked for extra towels with no problem. We would stay here again!

Great Surprise

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Location: Wonderful location, close to the University.
This is obviously an older building, but everything has been updated and re-done. The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Even the carpet was "cushy" and nice. The noise was also very low. The motel is right on the main drag, but you couldn't hear the traffic at all. Very Nice place to stay. Great value for the price.

Reasonable for price and helpful staff.

The gentleman working the evening shift was able to direct me to a place where I could buy a pair of pants. The gentleman in the morning directed us to a nearby breakfast establishment that serves (tasty) portions large enough to feed a horse. Room was clean and everything worked. What more could you ask for?

Older hotel that has been nicely upgraded

Posted Jun 19, 2014
Great location in the center of town which has a very youthful fill to it with the nearby University. This is an older motel but it has been nicely upgraded so it looks much newer inside (especially the bathrooms).

Nice hotel and great location

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Hotel was right across from where we needed to be at and the price could not be and less expensive.
Cons: Having an iron in the room would have been convenient but at the same time it gave me an excuse to shop for something else to wear. It was no big deal
Location: The location was perfect for what we went for. Everything was walking distance.
Check-in and check-out was fast and painless. The man at the desk was very kind both on the phone when I called to confirm late check-in and in person. It was nice and quiet. We were out all day both days we were there so we only used the room at night so it was very nice be able to rest at night after very busy days. We are scheduled to go back in September so we are definitely reserving a room with the same hotel.
