Had a short stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, the staff are very friendly and helpful the hotel has great facilities the breakfast was great and will stay again

Breakfast buffet is NOT included in room charge. Additional $10 per person per day. Food is awful besides. Charge a $ for laundry soap and it it a tide pod that they take out of a big package and hand it to you. They are just cheap.

Easy access to hotel.

Pros: Its location near by restaurants and a convenient store. Easy to get in and out from mayor highways to and from the Grand Canyon area.
Cons: Renovate the hotel to keep the same quality of the brand (It is a old building)
On our road trip this year, we planned to be around the to Grand Canyon area. After our stop in LA we need a center point to get a quality rest. The hotel was near by I-40 and close to Hwy 64 and the surrounding services (food and convenient store) was a plus driving in and out from hotel.

Nice stay in Flagstaff.

Pros: Clean property and very friendly and professional staff.
Cons: We thought the pillows were just extremely soft and even with two, they were nearly flat. Just a personal preference for us to have a loftier pillow.
Location: We enjoyed being in Flagstaff and were close to Sedona.
Two nights/Pleasant stay. Enjoyed time in Flagstaff and we went to Sedona, a 40 minute drive from the hotel. Lots of restaurants around and close to major roads.

Pros: The comfortable beds, pool/spa, sauna, and fitness room
Location: Gas station, restaurants, and grocery stores are close by. Walnut Canyon is a short drive away for recreation as well as downtown Flagstaff.
Stayed for 2 nights and got great sleep. Loved the pool and the people were overall very friendly.

You don't get what they advertise.

Pros: Not much really but, a great location, friendly staff, nice and clean.
Cons: A decent mattress, some decent pillows would not go amiss, Air Con and Fridge noise too loud for a decent nights sleep. Only advertise whats true.
Location: Only stayed on night but the Grand Canyon is only a few miles away. Dinner and Breakfast at COCO's restaurant nearby was very good.
Great looking hotel and a very warm welcome from very professional staff on arrival. Although advertised with 2 restaurants and bar/lounge, one has to walk outside to COCO's some 2 hundred yards away and the other although inside is only used for breakfast. When I asked about the bar/lounge I was directed across the street over two lanes of traffic. Nice pool but only good for a splash, very small. However, after a long drive from Tuscon a nice sleep was looked forward to in anticipation for a long drive the next day into Las Vegas. How very disappointed we were, the bed was very uncomfortable, large dip in the mattress, so my wife and I ended up rolling into each other all through the night, The pillows were so thin and hard they might as well not have been there. The Air Conditioning unit was extremely noisy and necessary to keep warm (it was minus 3 outside) and the room walls so paper thin you certainly knew when others were visiting the toilet. They have a policy of; if not satisfied you can have your money back, I did mention that as a result of the bed etc we were more tired in the morning than we went to bed, but the nice friendly front desk staff said he was sorry but we had booked through a third party, he was unable to offer us any compensation. But we did get two complimentary bottles of water for our trip. We have always had such wonderful service from the Hilton chain but on this occasion sadly, one to avoid.
