“A very pleasant experience.”

We were originally was scheduled to stay for two nights. But we decided to see the monument valley which is only about two hours drive away. Unfortunately, we had a vehicle problem so we were not able to return to the grand canyon on time. We stayed overnight at the monument valley. When we made it back, we decided to stay another night at the holiday inn. I want to specifically mention that one extra night of stay was handled by the staff very well. Allen and Cristina, the manager on duty were very professional and displayed a genuine caring attitude. I sincerely felt that they are truly an asset to Holiday inn. I definitely will recommend holiday inn at the grand canyon to all my friends. Thank you for a lasting memorable stay.

We were very pleased with this hotel - beautiful location! We greatly enjoyed the meals we had on the dining room terrace. We had a plugged up shower drain which was fixed immediately after we reported it. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and efficient staff, very well located with an easy access to the Grand Canyon. The were updating the hotel for the better but it as already in very good condition. Would definitively stay there again.

Excellent location. It's perfect to stay there the night before, wake up and be right next to the entrance to start the adventure!

“Canyon Experience”

My sister & I checked into the hotel and were well treated and given good information on getting on to our first look at the Grand Canyon. Price was in our range and we got good value for that money. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had in a motel. Would definitely stay here again. There was road construction out front which made it a little tricky getting on and off the highway, but certainly not in the motel's control.

Excellent is the best way to describe it. I do not have a single complaint. Everything about this hotel was perfect. It is 5 minutes from the entrance of the Grand Canyon. The staff and service in general was excellent as well, the room was clean, big and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel!
