Nice hotel close to Grand CanyonPosted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: The location was great! And the complimentary breakfast was among the best that we experienced during our 20 day vacation.
Location: Grand Canyon!
We were roadtripping around the USA. We needed accommodations for a family of five, two parents and three adult sized kids, two boys and a girl. We had to share two queen beds among all of us. My husband ended up sleeping in a chair, because of this. Other than the sleeping arrangements, the room was very nice. A little older than most, but wonderfully updated, and clean.

Ok, for one night. Underwhelming for the price.Posted Jul 20, 2014
Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was a little rundown and in need of a deep clean. Overall, it was fine for the night, but I wouldn't stay there again if traveling to Flagstaff.

Sure didn't look like the pictures!Posted Jul 18, 2014
This place was so run down! I normally stay at pretty cheap hotels but decided to spend a little more on this trip since we were going with friends and I was choosing the hotel, I wanted something nicer. I was really embarrassed about having picked this place. WAY overpriced considering the condition of the place. It looked cheap, dirty, outdated, and run down. They have a lot of nerve charging the prices they do.

Dirty and broken down and nothing worksPosted Jul 14, 2014
Room was filthy, shower never got hot. Remote for both tvs only changed channels, not volume or power. Linens were dirty. Clothes rod broke and fell on my daughter. For what they charge I would rather stay at a motel 6. Way too expensive for a crappy room and terrible experience. Their in line photos are very deceiving.

A Home away from Home!Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: The room was extremely comfortable; the front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful in recommending a good place for dinner. The room was ver
Cons: It is so nice it would be hard to improve.
Location: Location is on historic route 66 about a mile from downtown Flagstaff. There were many places to browse around and shop with a number of good dining.
We arrived in Flagstaff after a 250 mile drive and were very pleasantly surprised with the Aspen inn & Suites as it tuned out to be just what we were looking for in a very comfortable place to spend a day.

Totally disappointedPosted Jul 12, 2014
Went past hotel 3 times because the words "Hotel Aspen" was chipping off and not visible from the street. When we drove into the parking lot, there were lots of people loitering around. Some of the doors to the rooms were open with loud music blaring. The grounds were littered with trash and when we went into the "lobby" (using the term loosely), the floors were cement, the door was wide open, sparsely decorated...looked like a bus station counter. My wife did not feel save staying there so we forfeited what we paid (we paid in full online) and walked out.
