A Happy stay

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: The clean and fresh decorated rooms. The excellent swimming pool and spa
Cons: Breakfast - continental or a British type breakfast would be a huge improvement
Location: Grand Canyon
The rooms and the swimming pool were very good, staff were fine. Only failing was the breakfast - typical sweet everything, no hot bacon or eggs, no fruit, coffee not that great.

Grand Canyon vacations.

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: That it's very close to the freeway exit ramp.
Cons: The pool and Jacuzzi.
Location: Close to everything, restaurants, shops, stores, train station, freeway.
Old hotel but even so it is good, comfortable, clean, close to freeway, stores, restaurants. One thing that we liked it was the indoor pool and Jacuzzi, they also offer light breakfast like juices, milk, coffee, cereals, waffles and toast. To me I think that the hotel overall was good and also the price. Yes I will stay there again.

Tough it out. Williams is a fun town.

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: The cleaning person was very helpful. The location was great and made it a nice walk to a really good coffee shop in town as well as the GC Railway
Cons: Dust the stairway. There are spider webs that are very obvious when the sun shines
Location: You are a stone's throw from The Grand Canyon Railway Depot. Downtown Williams is easy walking distance to restaurants and stores esp. Café 326!
Just go ahead and have fun on Route 66 and expect to step back a little in time. It makes it fun and an authentic experience. The hotel staff is nice and very honest. The cleaning person ran out to catch us as we were leaving as I had forgotten a dress in the closet. That was super nice and definitely not in the line of duty.

Not A Great Place To Stay

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: It is very close to the train station and a local McDonald's restaurant. It is also very close to the on and off ramps for Interstate 40.
Cons: Price was absurd for the value offered. Yes - it was 4th of July weekend but it would have been overpriced at half the rate. Room smelled of smoke.
Location: Williams is a great town and I would highly recommend a visit. Very quaint. Great people watching and shopping. A beautiful location.
Hotel appears old and is not well maintained. Walls are badly chipped. Entrance door will not lock closed. Breakfast is barely acceptable and for the price does not include eggs or meat.

Hotel in Williams a very nice and interesting town

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: The room and the breakfast room.
Cons: Staff friendlier and more easy to communicate with.Towels should be available in the pool room. The ice machine in our building was broken.NO elevtr
Location: The town of Williams has many shops with friendly staff. We ate outside of the town at Pizza Hut and Jack in the Box, everyone was happy.
This hotel was fine. The staff spoke English with a heavy accent, but tried to accommodate us properly. The breakfast room was nice, but the pool room did not have towels. Clean and modern.

A quiet place in a peaceful town on Route 66.

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Clean and quiet. The bathroom is great.
Location: Walk in the historic town. It would take about 30 min to walk around the Route 66 loop in the town.
Checked in around 5pm in the afternoon, walked out to the nearby historic area on Route 66. Williams is a beautiful, quiet town on Route 66. The hotel is very close to the Route 66 loop of the small town.
