Pros: the room was clean and update. Wifi was a great connection . A great variety at beakfast
Location: area was nice lots of shopping lots to do within walking distance!!

Bad Room

Not what was in the pictures

The hotel was under construction when we got there. There were deadbolts but no swing over door locks in place. The pillows were about as thick as 2 sheets of paper. Breakfast was stale cereal and burnt coffee, and you couldn't leave the lobby with it so you packed in like sardines to eat barely edible food.

Good value and convenient location for the money.

Pros: I liked that it was not on the main highway, but easy to get to, just down the street from Barnes & Noble. The price was right.
Cons: The non-smoking room still smelled musty. The breakfast was very minimal--toast, cold cereal, plain oatmeal.
Location: You can walk to Barnes & Noble, to the North end of NAU campus, and to the Himalayan Grill which is a great Indian food restaurant.
This hotel is definitely older and less visually appealing than many others in the nearby area, but it is in walking distance to NAU and it is conveniently located just around the corner from the main road going through town.

I would not stay there again.

Pros: The location is the only positive about this hotel.

Place was okay but not worth more than about $60

Pros: Proximity to downtown and away from the train tracks which run through the center of town.
Cons: Torn down and start over again.
Location: Near restaurants and shopping
Place is old and well used, they are in the process of getting new furniture and repainting but that only goes so far since you are just painting over an old motel. Like putting lipstick on a pig. Would be better to stay in a Motel 6 for less money.

Pros: I would not stay there again
Cons: If you do not have adequate rooms do not book them.
When we arrived the hotel was in the middle of a renovation. We were placed in a room that had been thrown together. there was sheetrock dust on the floor, one light had no plug in near it nor an extension cord. the fan in the bathroom was not covered and did not work. the hair dryer was hanging barely on the wall, there was no seating in the room. I made a complaint to the desk and we moved to another room which still had issues.
