desk clerk asleep

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: The price was good and it was okay
Location: We only stayed long enough to sleep and them moved to another hotel. Visited the North Pole Experience and it was fantastic for the children.
When we arrived it was the middle of the night and the desk clerk was asleep. We woke him up to check in. He never checked my card or my ID, he had me sign a paper and gave us our room key that was it. I didn't even get a copy of the paper I had to sign. The room was okay for a one night stay, it compared to a Motel 6 which I am okay with. Overall it was okay. I would probably be bored just sitting there too and have a hard time staying awake. At least he was polite and he did tell us about the free breakfast. For the price it was okay..

Noisy and very old building

Posted Dec 7, 2014
Pros: nothing
Cons: They need to do some extreme cleaning!
Location: It's not to far from the Grand Canyon.
At check in they were not friendly at all. Because we booked through Expedia they put us in the end room next to a busy road. There were LOTS of rooms empty that night that were in from the road, they could have put us in one of those.

Great hotel with great people.

Posted Dec 6, 2014
Pros: The size of the room and cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing that I know of.
Location: Lots of things to do. Families with children would love it.
We were on our way from California to Texas and needed a place to hang our hat so to speak. This was a very nice hotel and easy to get to. Very clean and with all the amenities you would want.

Pros: The free continental breakfast.
We were very satisfied with the d├ęcor in the room and the fact that there was a hair dryer and ironing board. It was also close to Denny's where we had a meal.

Clean and Affordable!

Posted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: Price & cleanliness
Location: Near the shopping mall and Route 66 to downtown area.
Check-in was very fast, room was clean and quiet, easy to find hotel. I stay in Flagstaff fairly often and this is the first time I've gotten a room at a reasonable rate that was clean and in decent condition.

Nice Hotel

Posted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: The rooms were clean and well laid out. Food within walking. Everything worked.
Cons: The beds were a little soft for our taste.
The hotel was easy to find and the staff was friendly. We just spent one quick night with our dogs , but all went well. I like that there are several places to eat near by and they all offer take out, so we could have a healthy dinner in our room. The person at the desk even knew where the dog park was.

Posted Oct 28, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleaning, attitude of checkin person, Breakfast
Location: Many other motels, If it had not been prepaid would have gone elsewhere after seeing room.
Unpleasant checkin clerk. Dirty room, floor filthy. Poor breakfast, doughnuts and other sweet carbs. Only good point was decent mattress

Older motel

Posted Oct 25, 2014
Pros: The price was good for what you got. Nothing fancy, comfortable beds.
Location: Close to downtown, NAU and hiking. Good location for all activities in Flagstaff.
This motel was build about 30'years ago so it looks like a typical two story motel. It was updated with comfortable beds, old TV(soon to be switched out for a flat screen) microwave and small refrigerator. The personal were very friendly. Breakfast included was typical heavy on the bread and waffles. They did have apples for fruit. Nicely located with very little noise from highway or train. It was priced nicely.
