Cons: The facility needs updating.
The hotel was much older that the pictures showed. The train passes by and you can here it every few hours.

It was very uncomfortable, people walking around all hours of the night banging on the dorms and such. disappointed.

Rude staff

Staff caused my room of partying in parking lot while me and my wife was asleep and called cops to kick us out we where not kick out do to the responding officers found that it was another room above us partying at there vehicles then when we went to check told me and my wife we where not welcome back

Met Expectations.

Pros: clean room. comfortable bed.
Cons: I prefer better breakfasts. At least a waffle maker...
We changed a day trip to an over-nighter trip so we needed a room. We booked it the same day via the mobile website. The room was clean. The staff was nice enough, although not overly. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. It is close to the train tracks, so if you are sensitive, you may want to find another hotel. It didn't bother me or my son though. The heater fan was pretty loud (it masked the train). Being from Phoenix, we kept the room in the low 70s and the fan was on quite a bit. The continental breakfast is cereal, small muffins, and coffee. It was easy to get into, and out of, the parking lot. Next time, I'd probably plan a bit better and find a better rate, or nice hotel. However, for a last minute booking on a 3-day holiday weekend, we had a good price and a clean hotel. No regrets. Like almost every other hotel I've ever stayed, the wifi couldn't support a Facetime video chat.

Just fine for the price

Very close to food and a bar. On a Very noisy road. Wouldn't recommend for light sleepers but for us it was fine for a quick, cheap say.

Not what I expected!

My room did not have a bathtub to give my kids a bath. Also the room was not sealed so the cold air was coming in thru the door all night even with the heater on we were still cold since it snowed all night!! The fridge did not keep our food and baby milk cold at all so we had to throw everything out in the morning!! Plus check in time is way too late in the day. We didn't even stay 24hrs in the room but I had to pay like I did!! Over all not a kid friendly place!!

Not nice at all

Pros: Restaurant attached was excellebt
Cons: . Staff at front desk on a personal call while I waited 5 minutes. The room was dirty. I sneezed all night as someone had smoked in the room.
Location: Just stayed overnight. Travelling through
Noisy dirty smelly room. Fighting all night in the room above someone had smoked in a non smoking hotel. Needs major upgrades

You get what you pay for.

The best part of this hotel isn't the price, but rather it's close proximity to "The Museum", a quaint bar with a small town atmosphere. When we traveled through Flagstaff it had recently snowed so we found ourselves slipping and sliding through the poorly maintained walkway and stairs. Upon arrival the front desk clerk appeared to have concerns other than customer service. Though the customer service was lacking the room met our needs. I suggest you avoid their irons, it proved great for ruining a brand new shirt and nothing more. Breakfast is a joke! The juice machine dispensed a orange substance pretending to be orange juice, the apple juice turned out to be nothing more than water. Overall if I stayed in Flagstaff again I would only choose this hotel if my goal was visiting a new favorite bar.

The room was pretty clean. Had cobwebs in the window of the bathroom but otherwise was clean. There was some noise at night but overall was clean and comfortable.
