It was OK for the night.

Pros: Nice room and bed.
Cons: Breakfast and staff
Location: Near the train tracks but not bad, Nice restaurant up front
The room has been remodeled recently. Most everything was good in the room. It was a little cramped for room. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked good. The bathroom was ok no issues. Yes there is a train that you will hear, but this is Flagstaff, what do you expect? The town centers around the train tracks and I-40. My biggest issue was breakfast and the staff. The Clerk was less than eager to do anything. The breakfast was a joke. Yes they had cereal, but no spoons and no bowls. So good luck with that one.

Too close to main busy street.

Pros: Accommodations were not too bad for the price.
Cons: Better sweeping outside the rooms.D
Location: Didn't go site seeing was there on business.
Motel is too close to the busy street and the railroad. Heard trains going by all night. Other guests were too noisy. Police had to be called one night to take away a drunk person. We will not stay at this motel again.Accom

Train noise

First time booking online, didn't realize I couldn't choose downstairs which was important since our hip surgery. Also, a train drove by across the street every 10 minutes all night long. The most surprising thing was the size of the room. It was this odd little corner of a room with very nice furniture and almost no room to get around. I felt like it was added to accommodate low price internet orders. But, at least bit was all pretty with marble counters and nice tile shower (no tub) and a fridge and microwave.

Fourth of July

When we pulled into this hotel we couldn't believe we had paid $150 for one night. We left to go explore flagstaff and upon return our keys did not work. We had to wait for the maintenance guy to change out the machine( about 20 minutes) the beds are hard, bathroom and other lights did not work. The remote for the tv did not work. The only decent thing about the place was the staff was helpful getting us back into our room.

The hotel room was in alright shape. Simple room for what we paid. The front desk staff on the other hand were not helpful and uninterested in finding solutions for problems. They had no milk for the cereal they had out. Only muffins and packaged cinnamon roles.

Stealing staff

I own a construction company and have guys staying here. Someone is stealing while guys are at work. Beer and cigarets were taken from there room. Called manager, she said she would get to the bottom of it and call me back. She never called. When I called her she was not very nice and said no one admitted to taking items. (imagine that) She could of done a number of things to make it right but she didn't. I advised her and my guys to take pic's of room items before leaving every day. Will never use them again.

Must like trains.

Cons: Breakfast . Some fruit would be nice.
They have done a nice job with updating this motel. The bed was firm, carpet clean, bathroom and shower were clean and modern. It is close to the train tracks (across the street), so if noise keeps you awake this may not work for you. The breakfast was cold cereal, toast, packaged pasteries,,nothing special.

Quick Stop off in Flagstaff

Pros: I liked the Restaurant located at the front of the hotel and the easy in and out of the whole trip there.
Cons: Cannot think of anything.
Location: Went to the Grand Canyon. Nice scenic drive to get there.
Due to not judging our travel time to California properly, we decided to stop and stay a night in Flagstaff and continue the next day with a side stop at the Grand Canyon. This hotel was a good stop. We had a yummy dinner at the on location restaurant. The rooms were clean and the bed was welcoming. We did not go to the pool as the bed called to us more. The only part I did not like was the loud music that played late into the night from the bar next door. Altogether I Enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
