Close to NAU!

Posted Jan 30, 2015
We always stay at this hotel as we visit Flag quite a bit due to our son attending NAU. It is quiet and pet friendly. We have never had an issue here. It is also conveniently located by several restaurants, and is right off the main highway.

Decent but would not return

Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Fix all the broken items. Make sure guests control pets.
Location: Close to campus and dining
Cons- too many barking dogs, ice machine broken, wet paint signs in whole hallway, fridge didn't work and was replaced, doors stick , doorknob installed upside down ( room 131), breakfast in morning had broken waffle maker. Parking lot not monitored - in morning car next to us had broken glass due to break in. Way to many items out of order @ clearly guests don't follow rules for pets. Pros- hot water and comfortable bed.maintenance worker was very efficient in exchanging fridge.

Pros: Room was large.
Cons: Breakfast was less than par. The hotel appeared to be otherwise under staffed.
Check in took forever. Long line only one receptionist checking people in. Walls between rooms seemed thin. Our neighbor guests appeared to be having a party and there were kids running through the halls all-night. Breakfast was lame not very much variety or quality. I would not stay here again.

Nice place in Flagstaff

Posted Jan 19, 2015
Pros: Close to where we needed to be
Location: Went on a sled ride near lake Mary. This hotel was nice and close
Nice hotel. Nice size room. The only problem we had were some neighbors that were partying too loud at midnight. Called the from desk and the noise stopped.

Not worth the money

Posted Jan 5, 2015
When I first got to the hotel to check in, there were two guys at the front desk talking. Neither one of them greeted me or acknowledged me for a couple of minutes. They were not helping another customer either. The hotel was noisy, beds uncomfortable and so not worth the $148 we paid for one night. It was also very outdated.Would not stay there again.

Very accommodating to pets. Room was very clean and you can smell that it had been sanitized. I would highly recommend using this hotel if you are traveling with a pet .

Nice hotel close to the ski resort.

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: The lobby area is vey nice and cozy, especially since it was snowing outside.
Cons: soap, shampoo, towels are needed in the rooms. You have to keep asking and asking and sometimes the reply is that they ran out.
Location: The location is grreat. It is very close to the University and near the ski resort and Grand Canyon
The hotel is comfortable although not great. We stayed 2 nights there and we had problems getting the staff to give us shampoo and soap (they were out they said).
