About what you'd expect for this price point. I usually just book the cheapest room i can find for skiing in flagstaff. Ample seating in breakfast area, but still filled up. Friendly staff kept breakfast stocked. My room was missing the normal curtain and only had a blackout curtain so i couldn't get natural light without people being able to look into my room from the walkway. If you just need a bed and shower for your ski days, it's totally adequate. I'd stay here again for that purpose.

This property does not service rooms for guests staying multiple days. When I arrived the trash had not been removed and the floors were not cleaned. When I asked about the lack of service l was treated in a less than courteous manner and told that this information was listed online. It was not clearly provided on the Expedia website.

The fridge did not work correctly, not cold enough and the lunch meats, cheese and food we bought and stored in it spoiled. The floors were dirty. The heater was in bad shape and doesn’t consistently heat or cool. The free breakfast had two cereals and yogurt. Limited selection. Would not stay again. Photos upon booking are deceiving

noisy neighbors, lots of drug deal transaction all nite long, kids from other rooms yelling and screaming throught the nite people jumping around from the upstairs room I guess you get what you pay for

The bed sheets have blood stains on them & should be taken out of rotation! The bathtub was gross & dirty, the towels were stained & I am going to be charged for an ancient flimsy bath towel because I used it to wipe my car's exterior. Other than that, it was very quiet. The hum of the passing freight trains is not loud at all. We found it soothing.

The area seemed a little sketchy. Especially with the homeless guy doing his laundry in the laundry room under our room and a person sleeping in there running car next to our car. this place seems to have changed and not for the better since I stayed here in 2020. The main part of the hotel was fine, and the breakfast was a nice addition. The check-in process was easy, but we could hardly hear the guy behind the counter. We actually didn’t want to use the card on file, but he had already charged it which was fine because the price of the hotel was very low but it also goes to show you get what you paid for.

Expedia reviews are decent but Google reviews have mannnnyyyyyy people over the course of FIVE years that mention bed bugs. We were going to stay here with our pup for a quick budget friendly in and out while driving across country. Once I stumbled upon the Google reviews I quickly tried to cancel the reservation even knowing we were past our cancellation period, but why not try. They did not acknowledge my concerns about bed bugs and we did not get our money back. We still spent the extra money to stay elsewhere and very happy we did!! Tried to be budget friendly and ended up saying forget about it because absolutely not chancing that one.

The sound of the neighbor flushing came crashing through my sleep. When I complained the attendant said he'd tell maintenance, who never showed. Next morning the manager refused to give any kind of accommodation. Also, the freezer unit in the fridge collapsed when we put our cooler ice in there, and couldn't be fixed. Freeway nearby and noisy thru thin walls. Breakfast was pure sugary carbs: cereal, muffins, waffles, no protein. On the positive: beds comfortable, unit clean.

The rooms needed to be updated. Cigarette burns in the curtains, floors stained and nasty. The mattress was hard on a platform. I will never stay here again. Also the toilet seat was barely hold on and it barely wanted to flush.
