Clean rooms, hotel a little tired

Posted May 22, 2015
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is pleasant. But the exterior and public indoor space could use an upgrade. The most annoying thing was trying to stay warm and comfortable in the lobby, while a bus tour group prepared to leave in the morning. Somehow it was OK to prop the door open and allow a very cold draft into the lobby for 20 minutes longer even though nobody really was loading up.

Fair for the price and for location

Staff was excellent, as was the continental breakfast. The room was ok, nothing special. Did not have air conditioning that we could find, but there was a fan that kept the temperature comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect, as it is right next to Northern Arizona University, which was our destination.

Good for the price

Basic Room, clean comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the snowcapped mountains from the breakfast room. Close to shopping and food. Only complaint is that there is no elevator but at least only had to drag luggage up 1 flight of stairs.

Flagstaff - Rest in the NORTH

Breakfast was great! Walls and doors are a little thin - hallway noise enters room easily - only bad when some one is in the hallway !!!! Good location to restaurants and shopping and old downtown Flagstaff, Route 66 !!!!!
