Cautious Security

Posted Jun 25, 2015
Location: Close enough to the Grand Canyon to make it VERY affordable when compared to the hotels which are closer to the park.
Great desk staff (mgr a bit aloof), very clean. The rooms are in separate buildings from the desk & the security access locks for them were disabled. IOW: Anyone could enter room hallways at any time of day or night.

Stayed one night. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had a decent selection. The ice was by the main lobby which wasn't convenient since we were in a separate building but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Very nice!

Everything was very nice except for no refrigerator to store my meds for diabeties. Staff was friendly. No washer available for customers to pay & do laundry after 5 days of traveling.

Close to grand canyon. Newer hotel. It was very clean. Breakfast was ok but didn't have many items. If you don't want to drive too much from/to grand canyon this is a good option.

Nice hotel for the price.

Posted May 30, 2015
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Staff could be a bit more accommodating to guests.
Location: Far from main part of Willaims. Not walking distance to restaurants or main street.
We checked into the hotel and were placed in an upstairs room in a hotel with no elevator. I asked if we could be moved and the answer was no. The staff could have cared less that we were older and would have benefited with the move. I watched as they checked in a large group of college age kids into downstairs rooms throughout the day. Pool and Jacuzzi are nice but both outside, depending on the weather it is not usable.

Williams AZ

Pros: Courteous and helpful.
Location: Colorado River is 2 1/2 hour by car, well worth the trip to see other side of Grand Canyon and beach. Train ride to the Canyon was a good experience.
The Hotel is within walking distance to down town Williams, AZ. 30 miles to Flagstaff Airport, a car is needed to get to the Canyon 60 miles away. Hotel staff treated us like family.
