Comfortable room

Posted Jul 16, 2014
The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was huge compared to other hotels. Breakfast area is small for the size of the hotel and does not accommodate many people, esp. families.

Grand Canyon Vacation

Pros: Clean, conveniently located right off the highway. Close to downtown Williams. Good breakfast selection.
Stayed in Williams on our way to Grand Canyon - actually stayed here again on our way back.

Bad experience

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Had a bad experience here. 1. Was given a room to check in and found out the room was not tidy from the last customer. 2. The second room we got the air conditioning was not in operation. Found the comforter had lots of tiny hairs. Brought it up to the staff and was given the third room 3. Found the carpet had bread crumps, and worst of all someone else toe nails. The toilet and bath tub were cloaked. The back of the shower curtain had lots of long hairs.

The continental breakfast needs some improvement, additions and eliminate the "eggs".

Nice place to land.

Pros: Set in downtown St George and near the interstate.
Cons: A nicer breakfast could be provided to guests.
Location: Shopping, shopping, shopping.
Room and beds were great. Room was the same as the reservation. Very satisfying.

Good hotel.

Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: Everything worked well.
Cons: They could put ice machines on each floor, or simply in the guest room building.
Hotel facilities, staff and location were just fine.

Cozy one night stop hotel

Posted May 25, 2014
This is the perfect hotel for a one stop night at Williams. Simple and basic but very clean and comfortable after a long drive from Las Vegas. Breakfast included also a good extra.

Pros: Good location.
Cons: Communicate that there is construction. Breakfast wasn't great.
Location: Great town! Went to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon.
We wanted an outdoor pool and hot tub. Booked this location because of that. Got there, pool and hot tub where under construction. Wish the website would have said that. Room was right above the jack hammering. Not impressed! My daughter was ill and had to listen to it all day. The lady at the front desk ended up giving our room to another couple, who walked into our room. I called down to the front desk to let her know. I don't even think she said sorry. For the price we paid, I was not impressed. Plus the buffet breakfast was less than desirable.
