Two day stay for Grand Canyon!Posted Apr 21, 2015
The room itself was very comfortable and clean. Staff was polite. Did not like housekeeping opening our door at 8:30 am.

Nice hotel in good location.Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: The hotel staff, location, and cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Breakfast food and seating.
Location: Downtown Williams, AZ is fun. It has good eating establishments featuring everything from American diner food to Mexican. Also has a good coffee shop.
I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only real negative was the breakfast. Food was bland and seating very limited.

Good price, not so good experiencePosted Apr 11, 2015
The hotel was okay for a quick one or two night stay. The staff was nice and there was a breakfast available each morning. Problems arose, however, when a family with children were placed in the room above ours. My husband and I thought drunks must have been above us trashing the room - the thumping and banging was that loud. Then we figured out is was children jumping off the bed and running and stomping on the floor. This went on for hours. The other problem was that on three occasions our room cards didn't work. So there were three trips to the front desk each time to correct the problem. The hotel is an easy on off the highway, so that is a plus.

Noisy, ....did i mention noisy?Posted Apr 6, 2015
Close to freeway which is a plus. But we had a first floor room and were woken up several times during the night by loud noise, guests etc. Bathroom had no toilet paper once I used the few sheets left to blow my nose. Toilet had a sign on it to hold the handle down to flush. Continental breakfast was good though.

Easy access to I-40Posted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: Room and breakfast.
Cons: I asked for a receipt when checking out. Morning clerk said it would be Emailed to me. It's been a week now and still haven't received it!
Location: 45 min from Grand Canyon and Williams, Az has a tourist shopping meca. Located down the street from the Grand Canyon Railway Depot.
Great valve for a moderate priced hotel. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. This two story hotel doesn't have a guest elevator. We had a first floor room thank goodness because I forgot to specify that preference. Wife has a lame ankle.
