Shower takes a rocket scientist to turn on.

Cons: Get the bathtub / shower faucet fixed
Location: there is a Dennys just around the corner
Inexpensive room, The shower / bathtub took at least 5 minutes to work the handle out to get it to flow water. Does nobody staying here take a shower or bath? Odd to say the least. Room was clean, bed was ok. Check in was slow due to some computer problem.

Ramada west it's way better.

We got a smoker room. The smell was horrible and the bathroom door didn't shot on less you gave it a good slam. We were 2 adults and 2 kids but they only providedetails 2 towels. Calling the reception and asking for additional 2 towels was unsuccessful. The breakfast was ok but not great. not sure how the other rooms look but ours didn't left us wanting to go back.

Pros: I did not like anything about this hotel.
Cons: Everything needs improved from the pitiful towels to the security, customer serviced from the manager not the employees.
Location: Flagstaff is a great city. This hotel is an embarrassment to Flagstaff, Ramada and Expedia.
Very scary experience. No light bulbs in the room no telephone in the room door jam lock metal was missing. We tried to find another place to stay but unfortunately we could not for that evening. We immediately checked out the very next morning. Kristen was working the front desk on Friday night when we checked in she was very pleasant in spite of all the extremely unhappy customers. She tried her best to satisfy everyone but most things were out of her control. She tried several times to call for help but no one responded. I believe Shivesh is the owner of this property and he should be held accountable for bringing this place up to basic standards. Shane was working the front desk when we checked out and he was also very friendly. We left several messages for the manager to contact us but we still have not heard from anyone.

The bed didn't fit on the frame, the bed frame stuck out on both sides and you hit your ankles on the bed frame that was sticking out. The room door was falling apart didn't fill safe in the room, the cod night air was coming in from the door due to gaps around it.

TERRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE

I will never stay at Ramada ever again. I order extra towels and their response was " they are been washed. And they never bring us none. Than we left out to the grand Canyon and when we came back late around 7 pm they had not made our room, so I called front desk to ask why they hadn't made our room. And bring us new sheets at least but the resection isthmus said, I will give u a call back and see what I can do. I end up fixing the bed and sleeping with dirty blankets.

Lacking accommodations

Pros: Staff Friendly
Cons: Upkeep and providing amenities, like adequate towels and soap
Where do I start... Bathroom had unfinished walls- due to water damage, 1 towel for 2 people... No wash clothes, 1 face towel for 2 people... Very noises heat air unit. We will never stay at a Ramada Inn again !!!

I found hair dryer broken and unsafe with wires showing called front desk. Male answered and left messages fresh towels and please repair hair dryer. Next morning maid came and left us towels...very thin old towels. The maintenance man never fixed or replaced hair dryer. Room 124

Pros: Great location.
Cons: Update the bathrooms
The room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit rundown but the shower worked well.

dissapointing

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Better lighting in parking lot. So difficult to get around especially in the rain and water that drips from the upper floors.
Location: Hard to get off the interstate and find.
They said they were out of towels when we asked for hand towels or at least one more bath towel. The parking lot was dark and uninviting and the people behind us in line were given key cards with the same room number. I expect so much more from the Ramada name and did not get it.
