A place to sleep, clean but worn

Posted Jul 19, 2014
A good place to rest for the night. A bit more expensive than expected for a room in such worn condition. Clean which is expected and appreciated.

We reserved 2 rooms. One of the rooms, the door to the room did not close tight. The TV did not work at all. The adjoining room door was very difficult to open. When I compained to the desk clerk, he said that he would have the manager contact me. The manager never contacted me.

Noisy

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: The continental breakfast was OK.
Cons: Everything but one staff member I came in contact with.
Location: Sedona is beautiful.
Hotel room was very noisy, mostly due to the fact that the door (outside entrance for all rooms) could not be closed completely. Room was run down, although clean and had comfortable beds. Hotel did not have enough towels for all guests present during our stay. Staff removed food and furniture in breakfast area prior to the time for the end of breakfast service & while we were still eating.

Needs a Lot of TLC

Posted Jul 17, 2014
This was not a pleasant experience for me and my friend! The room had water stains on the ceiling and some of the paint had fallen on to the carpet. The phone had a crackling sound when calling the front desk. It was missing the plastic piece that goes over the numbers. In the bathroom, there was no stopper in the tub and it was dirty! On the outside, all of the flower pots were empty except for old soil and weeds. Cigarette butts littered the property! When we went in for the complimentary breakfast, I asked where the cereal was and the front desk attendant explained that they were out of spoons, so the cereal was not out. They were expecting someone to come with spoons. We chose to go next door to Denny's. Overall, this hotel could be renamed The Uncomfortable Inn! it was very disappointing.

Decent stay for 2 nights

Posted Jul 15, 2014
When we had to extend the stay, staffs were nice to match the price for the first night. The room was clean, comfortable, and continental breakfast was about the same as any other hotels. The only downside was TV, which had a trouble connecting to cable, but it wasn't a big deal for our stay. So everything else considered, it is a good place to stay for few nights.

A great inexpensive hotel. Very clean.

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Comfort and cleanliness.
Cons: The breakfast was great, but I wish I could have healthier options.
Location: We were traveling cross county and there was several restaurants close by, which gave us more time to rest.
The staff are really nice, helpful and friend. The staff on duty was on her short break when I asked her to help me out in finding a place to visit. She did not hesitate and pleasant helped me even though it was her time to rest. I felt bad though.

The bed was cozy but the bathroom looked terrible, the wall tiles were all patched and looked like they could fall off at any moment. The window frame was bent and again looked like it could fall off. Its great if you just need a place to sleep for the night but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any long term stay.
