This place is a dump.

Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The only way to improve the place would be to tear it down and rebuild.
Location: We found a nice old place to eat dinner downtown, but parking was very limited. There were some shady looking characters hanging around the hotel area
I knew we had made a bad choice when I saw all the debris as we were going up the stairs to our room. The place was in a state of disrepair.

Employees were the only perk to this place they are extremely friendly. Beds were god awful my back still hurts. And the room we were in bathroom was half done with mold. I am short 5'2 and even I had to duck down to use the shower head lol you can guess how my 6'2 husband felt.

Hotel was ok, my son liked the room that was all that mattered to me. There was an unfinished wall repair above the shower. Hotel looked better in pics. Ice machine was down they somerimes had some in the iffice. Location was very convenient to the freeway and oldtown.

Close access to freeway

Room was clean and nothing bad at all. A little updating needed in the shower with the fixtures. Great access to freeway, restaurants and WalMart.

Hotel hell

Flagstaff is beautiful. Ramada inn east was a nasty hotel. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and cracked moldy tiles in the shower. Next visit to flagstaff will not be at the Ramada inn.

Outdated hotel

Posted Aug 12, 2014
I was not impressed with the room. It was so antiquated. The bathroom was dingy looking. We did check & there no signs of bed bugs in our bed. The continental breakfast was terrible. The pastries looked & tasted stale. The coffee was good though.

Run down

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Pillows
Cons: Update and give the hotel a good cleaning, more towels and wash clothes available. Replace lotions and room coffee in a timely manner. Make repairs.
Location: Meteor crater about 30 miles away worth the visit. Downtown a short drive away very interesting but traffic is terrible.
Initially we were placed in a room in a hallway. Moved because the room had no closet area and was stripped down. New room upstairs somewhat better. Did not restock lotions, minimum two stained towels with 1 stained wash clothe, 1 stained hand towel for two people. Iron unusable as it did not heat well, would not steam. Ironing board holder fell off the wall as I tried to replace it - no abuse by me. Ice machine did not work. Had to go to office if you wanted any. Only a limited amount on hand and they would run out. Then they would go buy more, at their convenience, with a "we will call you when it gets here" - which never happened. Good amount of comfortable pillows and bed comfortable. Coffee in breakfast area terrible.
