Not very clean

Posted Jul 27, 2014
No shampoo or lotion in room. Mildew on bathroom ceiling. Toilet had black ring around it. Would not honor my aarp discount since I booked with expedia and forgot to check box after order was complete. Was ok to sleep that was it

Our favorite hotel location in Flagstaff

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Fitness center, free breakfast, easy access, NOT right on the freeway and NOT near railroad.
Cons: The only remotely negative issue we had was the bathroom sink faucet. Very loose - took awhile to get hot/cold adjusted.
Location: Right across the street from Walmart and several restaurants. Easy freeway and main road (Route 66/Milton) access.
Provides a central location for us to go on hikes and visit our favorite restaurants (Pizzicletta & Lumberyard)!

Good location, nice area

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Pool and hot tube were nice. Room was adequate. "Hot" breakfast was okay.
Cons: Better drain in the tub. perhaps improve the quality of their "hot" breakfast.
Location: We left here on our way to Meteor Crater(45 minutes) and Petrified National forest.(hour and a half or two hours)
Booked via Expedia mobile from the parking lot and had the reservation by the time I got inside the office. Adequate accommodations as we were just passing through. Had a washer and dryer which we needed badly as this was our 5th day of our vacation. The drain in the bathtub was very slow, so water stayed in the tub as you showered, which made me wonder how clean the tub really was.

Perfect hotel for the price, great value for money

This was a great hotel for our stay in Flagstaff, lovely room, amazing shower, clean facilities and very comfy beds. It is within easy distance of several shops and restaurants and the pool was lovely and the staff accommodating, I cannot rate this stay highly enough, will definitely stay here again if and when I come back.

Good Value for the Price

Pros: Besides the good bed and pillows, we had the best breakfast of our trip so far.
Cons: Provide more seating for breakfast. The first morning that we were there, we were afraid that we would have to stand up to eat.
Location: We stayed here 2 nights so that we could spend one full day at the Grand Canyon. We highly recommend the Wildflower Bread Company as a place to eat!
This is an older, two-story motel with no elevator. We had to climb exterior stairs to get to our room, which was a "negative," but we didn't feel like paying a lot in this high-priced area. The room itself was pretty basic. The AC didn't work especially well - it was either too cold or too warm - and was rather noisy. That turned out to be a good thing, because the noise from the interstate (just a short distance away) would have been unbearable if it hadn't been covered up by the AC noise. However, the bed and pillows were good, and we got a good night's sleep.

Nice hotel in surrounded by places to eat.

Pros: The cleanliness and the rooms.
Cons: Room parties and security of the premises.
Location: Plenty of restaurant choices around there.
Nice hotel but did not feel totally safe the whole time. There was a group of people partying outside their hotel room and there was a vagrant on the hotel property where police had to get involved.

Cool Flagstaff

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Same as above. Good location, comfortable room. Liked shower and big soap. Beds comfortable. Great breakfast bar.
Cons: A/C couldn't be adjusted. Stayed cold even with thermostat turned all the way to the warm side. Bathroom sink handle not secured. Came off.
Overall, it was a good hotel with convenient location
