Handy for The Grand Canyon.Posted Aug 17, 2014
Cons: A lift to the 1st floor would be handy, we had to drag our suitcases up the stairs.
We checked in and was told by the Receptionist on at the time to walk round to the back entrance as we were on the first floor. We could of actually walked through the hotel to the stairs instead of having to go back outside again. We did not realise there was a lift so had to drag the suitcases up the stairs. The rooms were fine for an overnight stay.

Great location.Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Enjoyed it greatly.
Cons: Gift and souvenir shop could be useful.
Location: Historic Route 66 is 2 blocks away, Grand Canyon National Park South Rim is about 50 miles away, and Bearizona wild park 5 minutes away (great place)
Great location during our visit to the Grand Canyon. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Good water pressure for the shower, and very helpful staff. Doc Holliday's restaurant in house was okay, but right out of the front door was Taco Bell, KFC, and many other eateries to choose from. The hotel sat 2 blocks from a historic portion of Route 66 in Williams, AZ, which made for great souvenirs, interesting shopping, and an overall neat experience for my kids. In house Gift shop had closed several months before.

you pay for proximity to Grand Canyon, that's it. So, no breakfast.

Fair price, good poolPosted Aug 4, 2014
Location: Food was good at the Grand Canyon Coffee & Cafe (breakfast, great service).
The hotel was average. The pool is large and so is the hot tub. Carpets in the hallways could use cleaning but the room was clean. The hotel staff pretty much ignored us except to check in. Didn't try the restaurant.

Cons: Honor the confirmed reservations.
Family of 4 with 2 kids . Had a confirmed reservation for a room with two queen beds. Arrived at hotel past midnight , the only room available was a room with 1 king bed. The person at reception didn't seem to care much, no apologies, told us that the room was not booked for queen beds. After showing the reservation she then said she couldn't do much. Requested to call the manager, but she didn't . No rollaway beds available. Room was ok
