Hotel OK; No elevator, 2-story Bldg.Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Beds, shower OK. Coffee downstairs was good and convenient.
Cons: Attitude of the staff and the "Doc Holiday's" Restaurant
Location: Stopover on way to the Grand Canyon. Very conveniently located; good freeway access.
Hotel was OK, staff upon check in was not too helpful. The restaurant that they recommended in the hotel, "Doc Holidays" was awful. We were too late for the special, which the staff at the check in did not mention when they recommended the restaurant and the food was barely passable. Room was clean, and the coffee in the morning was great. The only real problem was that there is no elevator at this two story facility and we had to carry out bags up the stairs.

They need to clean the room carpet more often.Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Nothing. Its location was convenient.
Cons: They need to give better maintenance to the facilities. The carpet was so dirty!
Location: Convenient location if you are on your way to Grand Canyon or Sedona.
I just needed my family to rest a little. We were on the road a lot, so the hotel location was we needed. If the management could update some hotel features and especially the ugly and dirty carpet, this hotel would be great.

Recommending Ramada!!Posted Jul 28, 2015
Traveling from New York to Oregon we found this hotel to be our favorite. Family of 5 looking for quality and affordability and found it at this Hotel. Great front desk customer service. Clean rooms. Spacious areas and even a little gift shop. The pool and hot tub could have used some updating but we're on the larger side and the buffet was decent. The view was outstanding and they even offered miniature golf! Great place to stay if your checking out Zion with the family and want to spend your money on souvenirs instead of overrated hotels...👍👍

Good place to stay on way to Grand CanyonPosted Jul 25, 2015
Location: The Main St. area was a nice break.Gunfighter show was kitchy, but funny. You have to have pie at Pine Country Restaraunt, pricey but worth it!
Pool leaves a little to be desired. Room was clean, nothing special. It was convenient place to stop on way to Grand Canyon

Hotel ExperiencePosted Jul 23, 2015
My family isn't too picky when it comes to hotels as long as its bug free. This one was at least that. It amazes me that areas around the Grand Canyon haven't grown or updated. Took a chance & stayed 2 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon before moving on to CA. Location fit our needs. Floors were so dirty I kept shoes on at all times while walking. Morning 1- coffee pot had a large crack & toilet stopped up. Front desk was unable to help stating manager & maintenance weren't there yet. It was after 8 am! Honestly the first bad hotel experience in my life. The upside was Route 66 is a couple blocks away with cool restaurants and shops.

Needs an upgrade.Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Hotel , needs upgrade
Location: Town of Williams is fun
Hi, The price is right but next time, I'll stay in Flagstaff. Just not a very nice Ramada. Needs an upgrade for carpeting and furniture. First room we stayed in had a terrible odor, then when we changed to another the odor returned when we turned on the heater.

Best place in town. As close to the Grand Canyon.Posted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: comfortable rooms at a good price.
Cons: Front staff were efficient, but not very friendly.
Location: Nothing in town, but close to the Grand Canyon, so what more do you need?
I could not find a better room any closer to the Grand Canyon. The other rooms were either filled up or too expensive. This place is close enough and not too costly. They need their own free breakfast though as the restaurant has great food and a good buffet, but it is a little costly for just wanting a smaller breakfast without a full buffet.
