Very nice, comfortable and safe!

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Comfort
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Lots of fast foods nearby and gas station
I really recommend. I had such a good time there. I was going to Gran Canyon, and due the high price of the hotels close to there, I prefered to stay in Willians. I totally like the city. And the hotel was a very good surprise.

L'hôtel est très bien, mais à 1 heure du Grand Canyon Si vous désirez aller plus de une journée au Grand Canyone,il est préférable de rester directement au Grand Canyon. L'hôtel est près de l'autoroute et facile d'accès. très propre.

Relaxing get away

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: The location, food, pool, workout room... and it was quiet.
Cons: nothing
Location: The Grand Canyon, Berazona wild life zoo and the town of Williams
Check in was smooth. The only issue for some might be there is no elevator. The room was clean. Everything worked well in the room. The food was Great in the restaurant. There are so many things to do in that area. Check out was a breeze.

Grand Canyon

We stayed in Williams after a long day at the Grand Canyon. The room was pretty much what you would expect for the money. No elevator but not really a big deal. No bells and whistles but nice accommodations. Walked downtown for dinner. Cute little town. Great little resting stop.

Ramada in Williams Arizona

Posted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: the swim pool
Cons: free breakfast
Location: The town of Willaims is a fun little town. We watched a "cowboy shootout" in the streets on evening. The railway is there too.
The ramada was clean and friendly. The swim pool was HUGE, and water was clean and warm. The hot tub was very warm, and also clean. They offer free pop corn, which really was a mess all over. It was a good idea to offer free pop corn, but it was everywhere. People (guests) can be very sloppy when they dont have to clean it up themselves. The only problem that I had with the Ramada, was that they did not offer a free breakfast. There was a restraunt in the motel that had a breakfast buffet and we had to pay for it. I didnt like that. Even the little by the roadside lodging places offer free breakfast. So, I was very disappointed in that no breakfast was offered for free. The restraunt did not do the ramada any favors by charging so much for thier buffet. I only seen 2 other ppl in the place eating other then us. They served breakfast and supper.. did not offer any lunches. I think all lodging places should offer complimentary breakfast (of some kind) Had to sign a form when checking in, stating that I understood that there was no free breakfast.. so obvioulsy ppl get ticked off that there is no free breakfast. I didnt like it!

Nice, comfortable, and clean hotel

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: The hotel was clean, spacious, and quiet. It was a welcome experience after the noisy Las Vegas casinos.
Cons: The complimentary coffee was terrible. I would like better coffee and/or tea options.
Location: There are restaurants and shops within walking distance and a Safeway is a short drive away.
After a long and hot three hour drive from Vegas, I was pleased to see the Ramada as I exited I-40. Checking in was quick and the room was simple, but clean, spacious, and the shower had good pressure. Breakfast was not included, but there's a Safeway about a mile away and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The Ramada is about a one hour drive from the Grand Canyon South entrance, so it was a longer drive than I expected. If you stay here, I recommend leaving in the early morning or late afternoon, so you don't waste time waiting at the park entrance. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Ramada, and I recommend staying here if you don't mind driving to and from the park every day.

Pros: clean, beds were very comfortable, staff very friendly.
Cons: hot tub was just barely warm
Location: great location
We loved Williams , the shops and old vehicles. Enjoyed trip to Grand Canyon. Saw several elk just walking around in park. Hope to return again when we have more time.
