Family Getaway

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: There were no sidewalks around the front and sides of the building in main parking lots the kids were running in the street
Location: Bearazona was super fun and the pine café was heavenly
We went to the Grand Canyon on National Parks Weekend free fee weekend. The awesome staff made sure I would get a ground floor room as I have COPD and our check-in was going to be pretty late "almost 10PM" the hotel was clean and nice. The Lobby was very attractive and Indoor pool was nice, big and very clean.

Comfy bed and quiet but lacking in some areas.

Posted Apr 11, 2015
PROS: we needed a room at the last minute after being at the Grand Canyon and the Ramada had one of the last rooms available in Williams. The room was decently clean, the beds were comfy and it was very quiet. CONS: the tv remote didn't work but a staff person did attempt to fix it by bringing up new batteries to our room, that didn't fix it however as I guess it needed to be reprogrammed. No iron in the room, just an ironing board. Wifi access was available but you have to call and get the password from the front desk. No extra blankets in room. While the room did appear clean, the paint and carpeting looked grungy, especially out in the hallways. OVERALL: we would have been ok with the downfalls of the hotel if the price had been lower.

Clean and comfortable, Service horrible.

Posted Apr 9, 2015
The room was clean and comfortable. ran out of coffee, no elevator had to lug a family of four luggage up a flight of stairs after a long day. card access did not work, and hard to find someone at the front desk for assistance.

Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything!
Location: Williams is cute little town but nothing to do here.
We had the worst experience. First, we were given a smoking room (I have two children with asthma). They could not put us in another room. The room was disgusting with burn marks on the floor and dirty bedding. We reserved a room for 5 people and when we requested a roll away bed they told us that they did not have any available. I asked where our 5th person should sleep and they said they did not know. The pool and the hot tub were filthy! You could feel the slime at the bottom. The machines in the weight room did not work. This was the worst hotel that I have ever been to. My kids begged to sleep in the car. Unfortunately since this was Easter weekend, we could not find another hotel available. I definitely would not recommend this place. You are better off finding a camping spot and sleeping in the car.

Nice hotel. Williams is a cute town.

Nice hotel. Williams is a cute town. This was one of the nicer hotels in town. 1 hour drive to the Grand Canyon. Close to the interstate, a bit of a walk to the hub of town. Had an indoor pool for kids.
