Fine for price

Clean room (except for wash cloth hanging from previous guest). Pool and hot tub were enjoyable, it was pretty quiet. Worst mattresses I've ever encountered, almost ended up sleeping on floor. Super soft and sinky :( Fridge and microwave nice

Motel on the road

Location: Grand Canyon
The stay was ok, need place to stay when visiting Grand Canyon. Located close to highway, but was not noisy in a room. Breakfast and internet were complimentary, it is convenient. Unfortunately the temperature in Flagsyaff in the morning and evening was a little bit chill, so have not tried pool. Reception staff is nice and helpful, when I got a headache and almost missed breakfast - they gave us access to food.

Pros: Close to highway and easy to find.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Was here only due to price did not do any events near by
Beds seem to have edges on sides. Breakfast ok....could of had fruit and yogert or more options.

Over paid for a room that was loud from highway traffic. Huge burn stains on outside of microwave. Bath room light flickered. I appreciated having a place to stay, but will not stay there again. I appreciated that the breakfast was included.

Easy and friendly. Room could use some updating but overall very good. Only issue was they would not trade our scheduled night for the following night. Our schedule changed, however another reservation in Amarillo was very helpful in changing our reservation with them.

Pros/Cons

Pros: Jacuzzi Heated pool Close to where we needed to go Cons: Only cereal and pastries for breakfast. Need to add fruit and protein. Floors/walls are thin! Stomping kept us up long past bedtime, I had requested a quiet area.

My stay was uneventful. Two lamps needed new bulbs

Pros: The location is convenient to I-40 and I appreciated the 20% coupon for the on-site restaurant. I also enjoyed the private balcony and fridge in room.
Cons: Two of the room lamps needed new light bulbs, and considering the room rates, they need to offer a healthier breakfast for the price.
Adequate hotel with outdated furnishings and uneven flooring but the room and linen seemed clean. For a one-night stay it was acceptable. I appreciated the 20% coupon for the on-site restaurant, especially since the free continental breakfast was just pure sugar on a paper plate.

Nice rooms horrible problems

We paid way too much for the hotel to have to deal with a knocking sound all night long. Don't stay anywhere near room 224. The beds and room were really nice. When we told them about it they said that they already knew about it and didn't know how to fix it. Are you kidding me!!! If you knew about it why would you put people in that part of the hotel to listen to that all night. Rooms like that should cost less than $50 a night not $130. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Basic Hotel, poor breakfast

I'll preface this by saying that when I stay in a cheap hotel, I really just hope for a good bed and a good breakfast. The room and bed were decent, but the breakfast was not very good. They just have the very basics, mini donuts, muffins, cereal, oatmeal. No fruit, yogurt, or anything hot. Very disappointing. If you don't care about the breakfast it was a decent enough place to crash for the night.
