No hot water. Paper thin walls. Windows don't close. Screens fall out. TV reception terrible. "Breakfast" a joke. Don't stay here.

One night passing through

Pros: Easy to find on Route 66 plenty of fast food places within walking distance helpful staff
Cons: Pool was empty but that may just be that the end of October is getting cooler and they have to shut it down for the winter sometime.
Location: Just there for one night before heading North on the 89 but fantastic scenery all around
Easy to find close to the I40 this hotel is ideal for an over night stop

We were satisfied, except there was no sauna( It was advertised on the hotel page). and the jacuzzi jets did not work.The hotel is next to the free way, but we almost didn't hear the noise . We were pleased to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. Easy to reach without going through Flagstaff.

ok Hotel, close to freeway, and bar, and restauran

Pros: close to bar and freeway
Cons: some air, there was no air in room
Our experience at this hotel was ok. We still needed some air but it was nice to open the door to let the outside air in. The hotel desk assured us it was ok, because they had security staff.

Don't do it! I am not a review writing kind of person but this is my exception. Dirty:found someone else's slippers and a cup of ranch dressing under the bed and black mold in shower. Security: the outside doors were propped open with large rocks so anyone could come and go. No air conditioning and called front desk for a fan twice...it never came. That should be enough.

Well we had no hot water and no phone to call anyone the whole time. For a phone we were told we could use the room next door and a maid even asked if we knew how to take a cold shower. Clean but maintenance needed help. The deep clean pool was nice for kids.

We had a good stay. Beds are great. Need to supply more terries. 3 bath towels is not enough for 4 people. Need better microwaves. Overeall the room was great.
