Clean with comfortable beds

This is the second time we have stayed here.Staff is always nice, rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. I have no complaints will continue to return.

Not bad for an overnight stay.

Pros: It's convenient, clean, and the price is right.
Cons: I would suggest that they switch from one universal climate control unit to individual room units.
Location: Flagstaff is a great little town. Stores and restaurants are easily accessible from the hotel.
This hotel is average, by my standards. It's a good place to stop if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The hotel is right off the freeway so expect to hear some road noise. The property is older and is due for a face lift. The property utilizes some sort of universal heating and cooling unit. When I stayed here, the heater was engaged and I wasn't able to cool the room. I had to open the door and window (no screen) and let the air blow through, which really made the road noise from the freeway an issue. I called the front desk and asked for a floor fan. It was never delivered.

Good for the night if your tired

Pros: The muffins and coffee also the patio in the room had a great view. It was warm and cozy
It felt safe and comfortable, , nice breakfast in morning. Right of the I-40

Good stay, need new beds
