Hotel for overnight

The room was small with the 2 beds i had. The shower was tiny, only 1 person can fit barely. Hotel is located close to train tracks so if your a light sleeper keep that in mind. Had a fridge and microwave. It served its purpose as a pit stop from Grand Canyon and for the price its not so bad.

Small but comfortable and wonderfully situated

Pros: Location, the help, cleanliness, and price (relatively speaking.
Cons: Provide a continental breakfast, at least, but that would require an enlarged lobby.
Location: Take the local busses around town and to the nearby hinterlands, e.g., Pioneer Museum and especially the Museum of Northern Arizona.
Although our room was small, it was offset by the downtown location (just a short walk from the visitors' center, Flagstaff bus terminus, and good restaurants and stores. Raj, the motel clerk, was very informative and ultimately helpful. We

Right near the train station

Pros: Very easy to find and get to, on foot and at night.
Cons: Only juice and coffee for breakfast
Location: Handy to bus system that you can ride all day for $2.50. Museum of Northern Arizona is spectacular.
We got in late at night, walked to our hotel and were welcomed the owners. The room was fine, although we had to climb stairs with our luggage.

Great for a quick roadtrip rest

Pros: Location, location, location!! Also the fact that I could park my car right outside my room.
Cons: Late night receptionist was dry and borderline rude. Just the way she talks to you makes you feel unwelcome and more like an annoyance than a guest
Location: Had great breakfast at the Hotel Montevista Cafe.Visit Arizona Snowbowl even if you are not skiiing. Order and Irish Coffe and enjoy people-watching.
We stopped there on our way back from the Grand Canyon and Room 109 (2 queen beds) was small but clean, warm and comfortable. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. Found the microwave and mini-fridge very useful. Wi-Fi worked just fine. You can hear the train but is very minimal. Nothing that would kill your sleep. Basic accomodations for a fair rate.

Don't let the images fool you, over priced hotel

Pros: Luckily, the sheets looked clean.
Cons: New management to reconstruct the entire hotel, and hire new staff
Location: I got this hotel so we could walk to downtown to a concert.. It was not worth it, we could have driven and stayed at a better hotel for cheaper.
I ordered a large room with a king bed and got the smallest room I've ever stayed in with a queen bed. The front desk person told us that was an upgrade with a large bathroom, I wonder how small the regular bathrooms are, this one was standard size for a smaller hotel. The room was run down and not maintained. During the night and evening there was a lot of yelling and in the other rooms, and some really shady people staying there. I wanted to call the front desk to let them know without the creepers finding out who it was, but there was no service phone in the room. Overall I feel that the hotel was not worth staying in downtown and will not ever consider this hotel again.

It's Okay

Only needed a few nights, and it's on the main drag near all the bars and restaurants. Big TV, fridge and plenty of hot water, so it's good for the price.
