The room had an unusual, spicy scent that was difficult to tolerate. Unfortunately, the window faced an open corridor, making it unsafe to open for fresh air. The bed was placed on a metal frame, resulting in creaking noises with even the slightest movement. Additionally, the loud air conditioner and the noisy refrigerator disrupted our sleep throughout the night. Contrary to the online claim, there was no breakfast provided. I strongly advise against staying here unless you’re truly desperate to save money.

There were actually poop marks in the toilet and black mold all around the bathroom. Tons of damage in the room too. Cracks in the walls, flooring coming up, exposed screws and drywall damage. It was terrible.

Very cute little hotel we booked for New Years Eve. Both people I talked to at the front desk were friendly, and as we were checking out we realized we had left something in the room. They gave us back our keys to go get it with no problem.

Very bad customer service
Hotel customer service is terrible. We were driving to hotel for check in from Los Angeles. Got stuck up in traffic for 2 hours due to a fatal accident on the way. Called hotel to inform we will be 45 mins later than check in time limit of 11pm. They were not willing to accommodate or called up manager to get approval. The reception clerk went ahead and canceled our reservation leaving my family with kids scrambling to find alternative accommodation at 10 pm. Looks like they sold our rooms at a higher rate to another guest and wanted an excuse to cancel our reservation. In this holiday season we had a hard time getting alternative accommodation so late in the night.

The stay was wonderful. The first room tht was giving was a little disabled and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk they gave me another room. Thank youso much. The room was very clean and beautiful, safe.

The restroom wasn't clean, saw hair in the shower. The blinds was broken when i tried to close it. My husband had to fix it himself with his tools. I wasn't happy about the room. The bed was so hard, didn't sleep well.

The property is a little run down and could use a major scrubbing. There were areas of built up dirt in every corner, in the shower, in the grout. The flooring needs replaced and there was some water on the floor from the fridge (possibly why the floor is all warped up in the area around there??). We aren’t too picky, especially for one night but this place needs a good cleaning and some maintenance. No bugs, hot shower, free coffee, easy check in/out, good location and cheap!

This booking was done last minute since we arrived in Flagstaff a day earlier than planned and was not able to add another night to previous reservation at another motel. Room was large/roomy, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was advertised but only thing offered was coffee. Shouldn't advertise unless you are going to provide.

Myself and 3 other guest waited in the office for 30 mins as the front desk attendant was asleep in the “live-in” office. The other guest needed towels because hers were blacken and dirty and I needed to check out. Once he came out, instead of apologizing, he yelled at us for ringing the bell and being inpatient (half asleep)

The room we stayed in was not clean. There were boogers on the wall in the bathroom, hair in the sheets, what looked like lipstick stains on the sheets, and the hard wood floor was not swept. It was hard not to track dirt into the bed, when you climbed in.

Room 106 had food or bodily fluid stains on the ceiling, window covering, lamp, on the pictures on the wall. Cob webs along the ceiling. Room towels were a shade of grey, shower knob did work properly, bathroom window which is large enough to crawl through has no lock or security, not to mention the black mold in the shower. Have to wear shoes at all times as carpet tack strip was not removed and is exposed in a room with laminate floors. Property is tired and needs some attention to detail and TLC badly. Stuck in a 3 night reservation, as I did not ask to leave early enough, stayed else were for my last night. Whish I could post the pictures here!!!!

The room hadn’t been cleaned. There was a pee stain on one of the beds and still smelled of pee. Also ants were crawling around in the bathroom. When we asked if we could switch rooms they said they were fully booked. We had no where else to stay that night but we refused to stay in that filthy room. We got our refund. So beware when booking a room here.

We stayed in room 105 and their was a beeping continuiously coming from the room, there were dust bunnies all over, and there was a patch unpainted in the bathroom door that seems like someone punched with their hand. We also had to listen to the crew go into the storage room multiple times late at night. Was not a great experience.

We paid way more for a room of this caliber than we should have. The room itself was clean. But the building was falling apart. The outside of the building was dirty and the stairs felt unsafe.

Decent Room. Surprise Deposit at Check-in
The room was spacious with a recliner, ottoman, and a comfortable bed. However, the person at the front desk informed me that he would be running a $50 deposit on my card that would be refunded after my stay if there was no damage to the room. My booking included all fees, so there should have been no need to run ANY charges. I understand most venues save the card in case of incidentals, but this was presented as a definite charge of $50 (which actually was not run) that would be refunded after my stay. All-in-all a pleasant stay, but I cannot recommend this venue given the strangeness at check-in.
