Room was, great. Everything else was lacking.

Pros: The room. We could have had a nice mountain view, but they didn't put us on that side.
Cons: Breakfast. How about fruit, hard boiled eggs. There was nothing but gluten and sugar. Interesting rolling pancake maker, but the pancakes tasted bad
Nice suite with all the amenities. "Breakfast" was terrible, nothing but gluten and sugar. They had oatmeal in packets, but no microwave or hot water to make it. The staff suggested I go back to my room and use that microwave, which I did. Staff was hard to find, and verged on rude. Luckily we were only there for a shower and good nights sleep, which we got.

Flagstaff mid point to later go see other sites

Pros: affordable, I guess you get for what you pay.
Cons: Fix items that are been advertised example (TV, Internet) specially if you take your devices for the kids , make it more welcoming, not to dark.
Location: Some store, restaurants are near by. and diffidently the train you will differently hear it too. Unless you are too exhausted to notice.
Room was average, TV or Internet do not work. Breakfast didn't even want to try it. ;(

Recommend avoiding this hotel

Pros: Free parking
Cons: The rooms can be renovated and cleaner.
Location: Not much to do in the immediate vicinity unless you drive.
The gentleman who checked us in was a bit cranky - no smile, small talk or welcoming attitude. The room smelled musky and did not feel clean. Property overall is very dated/worn out and everything from the carpets to the bedding is already past its useful life. The TV remote did not work. The bathroom was pretty cramped/small. The internet worked only intermittently. The breakfast in the morning was just a few pastries, toast and cereal. The coffee was terrible. The same gentleman also refused to provide a statement of account or bill at check-out.

Antelope Canyon trip

Pros: I like the location and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Flat screen TV.
Cons: The free breakfast could include apple and bananas
Location: You have several breweries close by, Lumberyard is our favorite with good food and the best bloody mary's. We went to Antelope canyon on a tour.
We have stayed at this hotel before. We like the location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I don't stay for the free breakfast, its not much to mention. But its free and you can't expect much. I highly recommend going on the Antelope Canyon Tour, it is amazing.

Staff was very curt, breakfast disappointing, in fact we did not eat there. All facets of hotel in need of repair. Price was low so I guess you pay for what you get.

Nice Hotel close to NAU

Cons: I would like the maid service to completely clean and make the beds not just leave clean towels.
Location: Nau and downtown Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon
Our experience was great the first time and good the second time we stayed there

convenient

Pros: convenience
Cons: ice machine
Location: grand canyon, winslow Arizona. Lots of restaurants and NAS university nearby
Check in was smooth, rooms were fairly Spartan, but had the basics. Older motel with typical motel amenities. No ice machine was a bit of a pain. Beds comfy. Very conveniently located, close to downtown, restaurants, freeway accesses. price was acceptable. I will stay there again.

Good basic accomodations

Pros: Quiet and comfortable
Cons: Real coffee??
I've stayed here twice, both quick overnight stop on my way through Flagstaff to California. Good competent front desk service. Good comfortable room, good bed, good wi-fi signal. You can see the trains but rooms are quiet. Simple breakfast bar with decent bagels & toast but TERRIBLE coffee (Instant Nescafe from a machine). Going to try out some less expensive options, but if those don't work out I will be back.

rude staff, found a child's shoe under the bed

Cons: The staff and the cleaning
I was going to give them like 2 or 3 stars in the beginning. The staff was not hospitality but the room was fine with the price. However, when we're leaving and checking to make sure we didn't leave anything in the hotel, we found a child's shoe under our bed. It's SUPER WEIRD and they definitely didn't clean the room carefully.
