Inside the hotel room was okay except for the bathroom ceiling 1/2 covered in mold which appeared to be from poor ventilation and super small. But the outside of the room was very sketchy and unkept. The breakfast was certainly nothing to wait along for.

I am honestly surprised that this property is AAA approved and part of the Wyndham chain. The lobby had a horrible smell to it. As I was checking in the gentleman had no idea of the type of room I was in. Luckily it was the correct size. Upon entering the room, the microwave had a big gash in the door. The restroom door didn't lock. We pulled out the hide-a-bed from the couch and the sheets were dirty. I went to the lobby to ask for clean sheets and the gentleman insisted they do not provide sheet for the couch. Then he went on to blame the cleaning staff. This location needs a LOT of upgrades. They did provide a contention breakfast. As I mentioned the lobby had an odor, so I skipped on the cereal and toast.

This property needs serious repairs. Our room was in a dark corner behind the stairs and laundry. The bathroom was beyond tiny, the walls were extremely dusty, the TV didn't work and the beds were older than me. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone to look and we were there 2 nights and never saw anyone come check out the room.

It was exactly what we needed: a clean place to sleep while we were in town to visit the Grand Canyon. Only two disappointments were that we expected to have a microwave and there wasn't one, and that the breakfast was underwhelming. The coffee from the machine was surprisingly good, and the Diner across the street was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

It would be nice to provide better Wi-Fi service. The Wi-Fi was cut off every minute, making it difficult to search for the information I wanted. The room was clean, but there was no fan in the bathroom so it was so humid that I had to open the bathroom window every time after showering. The night we stayed it was snowing outside and the temperature was below freezing. I left the window open before going to bed, but in the morning the bathroom was as cold as ice. The pancake machine was out of order, so toast and cereal was the only option. It was nice to have a coffee/hot chocolate machine in the office and jacuzzi was available. Overall was good but feel it's over priced compared what we've got.

Property is not what is represented inside the photos. It is rundown and old. The room that we were checked into. Had one bed that was not made up and the door was open prior to us getting there all of the rooms smell like bleach, which brings a whole new level of concern also. The breakfast is also not what was pictured and we will never stay here again.

It took me 45 minutes to get someone to the front desk. Front desk was unsupervised with no one present. When the person day comes to the front desk came laughing With his phone in his hand listening to some type of music or on YouTube. I could find him about the wait, He laughed said his name is Sam,and that I should know how it is. I asked to speak to a supervisor he said that he is the supervisor and he refused to give me corporate's number or any higher-end person contact. In a unprofessional uniform which was a regular t shirt. Where unprofessional would never stay at this location. At this time roughly around 6pm, The waiting room was dirty with cereal and food on the floor on the counter throughout the waiting area very Filthy and dirty all over.

The rooms are ok. The location is nice. Close to the Canyon Coaster and walking distance to downtown Williams. Some rooms have microwaves and some don't. Some tv's work and some don't. The breakfast is just bread, oatmeal, coffee and juice.

Only downside was that it’s really rundown and the heat doesn’t work, our room was clean on the surface but when we looked underneath the bed there was a baby diaper, cups, and 2 bottles of half drank soda.. safe to say they definitely DONT clean under the bed but they do change the sheets so I guess that’s a plus. Was way too tired to fight for a refund but if ur tight on a budget i guess it works

I booked a room in Las Vegas with this chick, and somehow hotels took my credit card number and used it to pay the hotel in the Grand Canyon. I knew nothing about and never stayed there.

Needs updating and attention.
I felt safe but the hotel needs major updating. Our room hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guest. We got a new room but the front desk person was grumpy about it. Smells like bleach. The breakfast was extremely basic and needs an attendant to restock and keep the area tidy.

The restroom was a not in the best condition. We saw mold in the shower ceiling. Cracks and stains on the counter and around the bathroom. The location wasn’t bad it was still pretty close to all the shops just a short walk. Might have to do a better cleaning the rooms and fix things in the bathroom.

While the hotel was good it lacked some very basic facilities like room heater old and slow, carpet was quite old/dirty, no exhaust fan in bathroom etc. It is decent for a one or two night stay, I won’t stay there longer.

The rooms are ok, but the outside looks terrible and i wouldnt use the pool or jacuzzi, the breakfast area needs to be kept cleaner. Photos look better than it is. When we arrived the water wasnt working for 30 mins which wasn't a great start.

The property is fine and clean but a little run down. It's ok for a one night stopover at an extremely good price. That being said, the shower is very small (but good water pressure). We were very dissapointed to be on the second floor as I have bum knees and stairs are a chore. Noticing there were only two other cars in the parking lot, we asked the clerk if we could move to the first floor. He didn't even look at the computer to check if there were any options, just gave a curt "no, sorry". We thought that maybe the motel is going to be full later but there were never more than 10 cars in the lot.
