Pros: Clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. Great for a one night stay
Cons: The breakfast selection could have been a little better. Waffles wer good but the syrup was cold.
Spent the day driving and going to the Grand Canyon so we were tired. Didn't look real great from the parking lot so I asked to look at the rooms first. I was pleased to see that they were clean and had new carpet and paint so we went ahead and checked in. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Lokatie en kamers.
Cons: Ontbijt en betrokkenheid/vriendelijkheid personeel.
Is een prima hotel. Lokatie en kamers zijn ok. Personeel niet echt vriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd. Ontbijt is slecht.

No great

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Location was ok. Over priced for what you get! Maid cleaned our room without asking. The front office said that we should have put a do not disturb on our room but there wasn't one in our room. They ended up moving all my things and I lost several items. They were misplaced and taken. Would not go back.

friendly staff and comfortable beds

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: proximity to restaurants and shops
Cons: bigger laundry area
Location: just the route 66 stuff and train trip to canyon
we found the staff helpful and the main thing I like is a comfortable bed. It was great and the shower hot. Breakfast was pretty standard.

Pleasant stay

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Location: Lots of small shops to check out. A park nearby for the children to play. Great restaurants.
Staff was very nice & helpful. Room was a bit small but perfect for myself & my two children. Pool was closed but we took a dip in the hot tub which felt great after dinner & a walk through down town Williams.

Nice hotel and nice breakfast

Posted Feb 13, 2015
Pros: Breakfast was very good, we loved the muffins and waffles.
Cons: The A/C was a bit noisy.
Location: Less than 1 hour drive to the Grand Canyon.
We rented a room for 3 people. Big and comfortable beds. Good amenities overall. No problem for parking.

Budget hotel

Decent room, bed was comfortable (we had a king), 2nd floor room. Parking lot was crowded and icey. Overall ok, nothing stands out, its a common budget hotel.

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. We got the attached 2nd bedroom suite. Very cozy. Indoor jacuzzi was very nice. Bathroom a little small but otherwise it had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Delicious waffles and muffins.

Clean room

Posted Jan 1, 2015
The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but cramped. Would be nice if there was a table to eat on in the room, maybe by the heater where there is some wasted space. The door and window were drafty. It was cold out when we were there.
