Expensive but very nicePosted Jan 8, 2015
Pros: The Raw Bar restaurant also served great seafood & desserts.
Cons: We had a double and the beds were not comfortable. That is my sole reason for not giving the property 5's across the board.
Location: Seven mile Beach
The hotel has undergone a recent renovation, is updated & looks great. The staff is AMAZING! We received the best service from every single employee we had interaction with. We loved the beach service for food and drinks. (There are many rows of chairs on the beach so if you want to sit near the water you need to get up early. If you are ok with anywhere on the beach, there are plenty of chairs available.)

All the bells and whistlesPosted Jan 8, 2015
This was my second stay at this hotel in the last two years. Up side: tremendous snorkeling and a stretch of beautiful but crowded beach. The outdoor dining by the beach is fantastic but expensive. The food is genuinely excellent. Ditto for the beach bar --extremely expensive but very good. The same can be said about the spa--had a massage and facial and both were good but again very expensive. Downside: we made our reservation through Expedia and requested two double beds. We did not get what we requested and there was only a king available. The staff said that is because we booked through Expedia not directly through them to get a guaranteed two double bed room. The second downside is that if you book an Oceanside room you will not be able to go to bed at a time of your liking. The outdoor party scene goes on pretty much every night and it is loud as there is usually live music with big amps. This would be extremely trying if you had small children. We stayed Oceanside two years ago and the New Year's eve party was so incredibly loud and so incredibly light that we actually had to switch rooms. Overall a very nice and newly renovated hotel with a fantastic amenities but incredibly expensive.

Service exceeded expectationsPosted Jan 5, 2015
As a longtime international traveler, and a repeat guest at this property, I had a pretty fair idea what to expect when bringing the family here for the week after Christmas, and my expectations were by no means low. But I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the service here has been taken to a whole new level, which easily rivals the priciest rivals on the island. The common areas have also undergone a major renovation, which is also a big plus, but as always it's the people who matter most, and to me Marriott has made its biggest improvement in that department.

Nice, modern hotel on the beachPosted Jan 1, 2015
Hotel was recently renovated and it is just beautiful. Lobby is modern and elegant. Rooms are clean and have the "new" feeling. Hotel restaurants - from the cafe/creperie for breakfast, lunch on the beach, and the Veranda restaurant were fantastic. There was a lively lobby bar as well. Yoga on the beach two days, snorkeling right in front of the hotel, kids activities... all made for a great stay.

値段もそれなりに高かったが、サービスのレベルもそれに相応しく高かった。Posted Dec 29, 2014
非常に清潔で、スタッフがいつも笑顔で接してくれた。 但し、全てにおいて値段が高かった。（勿論、品質も高かったが） 特に朝食代は、毎日1人4000円は高過ぎると思う。

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The beach was big, the water was clear with snorkeling off the hotel beach.

Amazing Family Vacation!!!Posted Dec 23, 2014
The staff were unbelievable!! The new renovations make the entire hotel look brand new. They greet you with refreshing tropical drinks when you arrive and they even gave my kids little turtle toys! The staff go above and beyond and everybody smiles and makes a special effort to say hello and smile. The food was incredible but really expensive (but so are most places on the island). They have tons of activities for the kids. Complimentary hair braiding, Pirates, fresh coconuts (with or without rum), trampolines and lounges in the ocean and fun snacks daily! Scott at the beach was extra helpful when we needed cotts and umbrellas. If you like sushi the sushi bar was unbelievable and super fresh. They were so accommodating and would make whatever we wanted! The rooms were spotless and the maids were super friendly. Wheneber we asked for something such as extra blankets etc. it was brought up immediately. The beach and water is picture perfect and the location is prime. We would definitely stay there again! A definite must!!

Pros: Location, friendly staff, cleanliness
Cons: More bicycles in better condition, allow guests to return snorkeling gear prior to check out instead of the daily back by 4:30 rule
Location: Snorkel the reef right outside the hotel Coconut Joes across the street has great breakfast reasonably priced, excellent ribs at Peppers nearby
Snorkeling at hotel was good, hotel is centrally located, close to Georgetown and several shopping centers which were an easy bike ride away. Swim with the tarpon and view a shipwreck at Rackams bar nearby then enjoy a delicious meal while you are there. We saw turtles octopus and barracuda at the Governors reef. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. and all of the people we met in the stores and restaurants were friendly as well The only downside was the Resort fee which was an additional per day charge and includes amenities you may never use or are unable to use. They ran out of bicycles if you were not there early and some of the bikes were in poor condition. Snorkel equipment needed to be returned by 4:30 so you can not visit the reef during peak evening hours there were to be free snacks near the pool we never did find those and when the staff was asked we were told the snack was popcorn and they were all out.

Good hotel right on Seven Mile Beach.Posted Dec 23, 2014
Great, comfortable lobby with excellent bar, and lounging areas. Great breakfast buffet in lobby. Nicely landscaped. Beach not very deep and thus crowded with lounge chairs.
