We just got back from a wonderful vacation at this resort. The views are spectacular, right on beach, quiet, very relaxing, exceptionally clean, friendly and helpful staff, great food at grill on the resort, dive staff very knowledgeable, experienced, worked with us before our visit toward padi certification, pool and hot tub were wonderful after and before diving, our teenage boys had plenty to keep them busy and entertained, including wifi. A great family resort on the less crowded part of grand cayman. We plan to go back within the year.

This was a family holiday at the start of the Cayman's low season with boys aged 13, 11 & 7. It was paradise! The complex was not very busy but this did mean we had the pool, hot tubs and beach virtually to ourselves. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful in all areas.
Days out to StingRay City and Turtle Farm were great for the whole family.
Food and eating out is quite expensive but we had expected this.
The only thing missing from the apartments would have been a restaurant or bar for the evenings when you don't want to go out.
Would love to visit again.

We loved the spacious rooms and exquisite furnishings of this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily. The front desk employees and maid service were also excellent. Also, the beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and it was never crowded. Everything you would need to float, play or relax is provided by the hotel. The one negative is the poolside wait service. They are hard to find and slow!!! The food by the pool is also marginal. However, we didn't eat there more than one time and fixed our own drinks to bring to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel for those that want a quiet, relaxing vacation on one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Also, we were surprised to find out that there are no waves in the ocean at this location. It is like swimming in a pool the water is so beautifully blue and clear. In addition there are no shells but only small pieces of coral. You can snorkel right in front of the hotel. You will be able to see the reefs from your balcony. I wouldn't worry about where your room is located in this hotel. The way it is configured there are no bad views.

Spotts is a great place to stay in Grand Cayman. It truly feels like a Caribbean vacation with the small public beach that is basically private since it has minimal traffic. If you want hustle and bustle and big city living of the Seven Mile resorts, you could just as easily go to Florida. Spotts is very unique and allows you to experience the East End districts and the tourism, without the "Florida" feeling of living at the Seven Mile. Spotts Beach House made it a nice Caribbean vacation.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The snorkeling right near the hotel was very good, especially under the piers. The rooms were spacious, everything necessary for comfort was there, good full kitchen, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. The view could not have been better and more relaxing.

The Beach Suites staff are provide excellent customer service - we requested help: (1) with our safe, (2) correct issues with our cable TV & (3) call a restaurant on our behalf re an ingredient they used. We had attention to these matters in 5- 1 0 minutes!. They also had great attitudes throughout whether it was answering questions on where to eat from just saying Good Morning.
The rooms were spacious with a separate living and dining area and also separate toilet/sink room. Confortable king size bed.
The beach was a few steps away with what appears to be the best beach chairs on SMB. We walked the beach and noted other resorts including the Ritz, Marriott and the Westin - Beach Suites was very comparable and for the price, our preferred choice.

2 BR oceanview condo was superb.
Lots of room
Clean & Comfortable
In room router for great internet
Property is right on the beach
Rock-wall where the beach meets the water gives a protected snorkeling area
Swim-up bar right on one side of the huge pool. Pool and snorkel area great for kids
Hot tub was hot and great
Location is near lots of restaurants, stores, etc, yet still peaceful and not crowded feeling in the property
Expensive, but still felt is was a great value
Friendly, helpful staff - didn't need to contact them, but felt they would have helped if needed.
Cost of living in the Caymans is high, so excursions, groceries, and eating out are expensive.
Driving on the other side of the road is scary at first. Rental car had the steering wheel on the other side.
