Hotel was nice and had plenty of room.Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: IT was quiet and clean.
Cons: Beds were hard
Location: Beach was close and a couple places to eat bt that was all.
Only negative was you had to walk a long way to do anything. There was a couple place to eat across the street.

Pros: Conveniently located, clean and comfortable
Cons: If breakfast could be added
A nice and clean condo. Very nice swimming pool. Conveniently located too many eating places in walking distance. 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit it again

Convenient accommodations.Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Stated above
Cons: Update area outside fence between Comfort Suites and this hotel.
Location: Beach access, close to restaurants, shopping, food store and airport only 15 minutes away, but you never hear planes.
We stayed here a couple of nights after staying at an upscale hotel the first few nights. We were pleasantly surprised. This condo was clean, roomy, had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, kitchen, etc.. The location was convenient, short walk to beach, very helpful staff with a couple of good restaurants across the street, Coconut Joes and Stingers. Marriott hotel 2 buildings away if you want a drink at a bar. Recommend .

A little deceiving in descriptionPosted Dec 31, 2014 on Hotels
7-Mile Beach and Resort is deceiving because I thought, from the description, it was a "hotel/motel", not a TIMESHARE CONDO rental. Also, it gives the impression of being "on the beach". It's close, but no views because blocked by 2 other Beach-front properties. The area allocated for beach chaise lounges is VERY SMALL; The resort next door will take some of 7-Mile Beach's allocated area, and tell you to move, although as long as you use one of the "green chaises" in the area allocated, we should have been allowed to stay. Instead we were asked by a "Beach butler" to move down and not take advantage. 7-MILE BEACH is NOT A PUBLIC BEACH. It's too bad, but understand with the crowds, it must be controlled. The rooms were nice and clean, but I didn't understand if we actually got maid service. 1 day the maid showed up, the others days nothing. We didn't bother to ask @ the desk and didn't care too much. This location is walking distance to a grocery store, and a few good breakfast/lunch spots.

Beautiful with all the conveniences of homePosted Dec 21, 2014
Love this place. The grounds, pool and rooms are clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great - close to food, Georgetown, Camana Bay and the beach is just perfect. The only downfall is the old and uncomfortable beds and pillows. Did not get a good nights sleep the whole week but slept wonderfully on the beach!

Reasonable and by the beachPosted Oct 15, 2014
I love this hotel because it is by the beach. At first I was a little sketchy because of the outside and the office but when I went inside my room it was wondeful. We definitely took advantage of the washer and dryer! The hotel is conveniently located near everything (clubs, restaurants, and the market). The only two disadvantages I would say was housekeeking and the beds. There was only one good time where she cleaned the entire suite. The other times she was just replace the towels and not make up the beds. As far as the bed, it was just too hard for my liking. But I would absolutely stay here again.

Seven Mile Near-the-Beach ResortPosted Jun 23, 2014
We stayed at SMBR for two nights in June 2014. The first night was before our extended stay on the East End of the island and the second night was after our stay on the East End. The first night, maintenance people came into our room without even knocking. I guess they had work to do. The "free" internet was marginal. The room also came with ants. The second night, we got a room on a very busy street despite asking for a room in any of the buildings except for the one on the thoroughfare. The internet service was non-existent. Our room was missing the router. By the time we realized it, the office was closed. They didn't open until 9 in the morning and we were checking out at 9:30, only 30 minutes before the required check out time of 10:00. When I mentioned in the office about the lack of internet, all they could do was say they needed to look into it. My recommendation is don't stay here if you need internet. You can't even buy it. Also, the resort isn't on the beach as the name implies. They do have a few beach loungers on a very short section of beach, but you have to play the game of "staking you claim early" if you want to be able to use any of them. Also, the check out time of 10:00 seemed early to me and they charge $50 an hour if you want a later check out. I would try another accommodation if I wanted to stay on Seven Mile Beach on my next visit.
