“budget rates, nice place”

For the price that we paid, I expected a lot less. The rooms were very nice, the pool area was clean, and the breakfast was good. When we go back to Grand Forks, we will stay there again.

This hotel is great for what you pay for. It's a little bit outdated, but the rooms are very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but there was always coffee available. It was nice that the walls didn't seem paper thin, we felt like we had a bit of privacy. We would definitely stay here again, great deal!

when to do some xmas shopping, hotel was a great place to stay, very quite.

when full this hotel can be a little noisy. Loud door closings and plumbing noises. Not for light sleepers. Must have a vehicle no shopping close and only 1 restaurant in walking distance. otherwise staff friendly and helpful

Good price on the room-Expedia saved us a lot. Nice location, close to the Columbia Mall. Only one small complaint-softer pillows would be appreciated.

“usually great, but this time was so-so”

we've stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, but this last one was just unimpressive. dont get me wrong, their deluxe continental breakfast was great, and their staff was very polite - but what got to me was the fact that our tv was not working, and there was one light that was out as well. they couldnt get us into another room because they were fully booked, and the tv wouldnt be fixed until monday (we stayed over the weekend). not that tv is an essential part of my everyday living, but when youre in a different city, and everythings closed, it would be nice to turn the tube on to pass some time. it was very hard to keep the little ones entertained too. in exchange, they offered us a discount on our room, which is great, but still upsetting and disappointing nonetheless. but other than that, this hotel is usually great.
