“pleasantly surprised”

Very adequate for a "shopping weekend" . The room and the linens were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice young man at the front desk too.

“Dirty”

Our room was very dirty. It smelled and looked dirty. If someone decides to stay here, I would recommend bringing your own sheets, blanket and clorox wipes. The sheets on our bed had not been washed (they were wrinkled and had hairs on them and a yellow stain), so we asked for a clean set of sheets. The "clean" set of sheets we were given had a reddish/brown stain (looked like blood), which indicates to me that when they do wash the sheets they do not use bleach. We could not wait to get out of there. Disgusting.

“Where is it?”

The staff is nice. The room was clean. It took me forever to find the place. It's hidden off the main roads in an area of apartments and other cheap motels. It took me a half-hour to find it and as it turns out, I was driving within a block of it several times. No signs. No indication. Parking is limited -- on the other side of the building. Not good if you want to keep an eye on your vehicle or if you want to load and unload. The continental breakfast is a huge disappointment. There is no place close by to walk to for food or anything else. It is close to nothing. The bed was so bad I had a stiff back the next morning. The work desk/table is about 2 feet by 2 feet. I ended up working on the floor. There are no comfortable chairs in which to relax and read. For the price, there are better places. If the price were lowered $20 to $25, it may be worth the hassles, but I won't stay there again.

“Fair Value”

The desk clerk appeared to be a college kid - very professional and had my reservation/key ready when I arrived. Rooms are not fancy but relatively clean and adequate for a brief overnight stay. WiFi worked well.

“Grade school visit”

overall, my stay was fine. the motel is right around UND and I was able to find it in no time. The only thing that I was not please is the bathroom. It's a little bit small. The bed was not as I requested. The information desk was helpful. I would recommended if you are making a short staying.

“Better than expected!!!”

Very small and shabby lobby but the service was very good and helpful. Room was much better than expected and very quiet for a college location. We'd stay there again without hesitation.

“OK for the money”

Not too impressed with the cleanliness of the room, but it was quiet and the staff was friendly. The hallways reeked like cigarette smoke which was disturbing since we had a non smoking room. You get what you pay for.
