“I was ok.”
Mold in shower. Staff not very friendly. For as much as you have to pay for the room, a continental breakfast should be free not $9.95 per person.
“Great stay just woken alittle early.”
Excellent experience from when we first walked in till we left. Couple issues though was the hot tub was out of service and the cleaning staff knocked on the door at 8 AM on a national holiday morning. We would defiantly book it again.
“Grand Forks top hotel”
The hotel was clean and had nice amenities. We will definitely stay here again!
“Will definitely stay again”
Very nice hotel
“Need some service in the conference-hotel and food before I would hold a conference there.”
When we were having a ball at our reunion, the ran out of lobby coffee. when asked for more, they said"when we run , that is the end of it." We were also spending money in the bar section in the same room. Also, they ran out of wine at the Sat reunion and were unable to just go buy some due to a vendor contract. I say,,,, just go buy some, sell it, and change the policy at next meeting. they were out of oine for numerous people who were upset and went out and bought their own and had it at there table as we talked and danced the nite away. they had hard liqor which some were drinking, but no wine. really, loosen up, use your head, common sense...if i were an employee, i would have run to the liwour store across the street, bought wine, sold it, put the oney in the till and written a bill for the boss to reimburse me next time' Also the food at conference was disgusting....the beef was about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of meat in gravy, thechicken was deep fried, and the vegetarian meal was a big plate of noodles (good cheese) with those baby carrots and 2 pieces of broccoli. terrible. North Dakota....I love you ....i am from there, but you are not ST"ILL in the armpit of the world ....you must have more creative chefs than that. food was terrible. 90% of peope there remarked negatively about it. Rooms and room service were good, but when maids finishat end of day, there is no more room service except food.
“Very good location”
Look for rooms online you can find a good deal for this motel.
“Comfortable classy hotel.”
Breakfasts are great. Rooms are nice. Lots of space. Bed is very comfy. Hotel is reasonably classy. Classical music plays throughout hallways and elevator Pool is very small and hot tub is not very warm.
“Great Experience - yet again”
You are greeted with a warm welcome and expedient service when you arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Grand Forks, ND. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and relatively new looking. Breakfast is comprehensive and enjoyable. I would say the hotel successfully accommodates both business travelers and family outings.
“Better quality linens, pillows, and blankets at other hotels in Grand Forks.”
My husband and I have had higher quality pillows, blankets and linens at a competitor's hotel in Grand Forks. I'll stay at the other hotel next time.
