Stayed one night. There was construction going on in the hotel but it never was a bother. Friendly lady at the desk. Comfortable beds. Easy on off of the Interstate.

It is very obvious the property owners are doing extensive renovations. Our room had not been renovated yet, but was till clean. pleasant staff.

Smells like dog piss when you walk in. Then to have someone drilling holes into the wall beside your room from 8am to 10:30 is insane. I’d honestly love to have my money back and I just slept in my car. Why can’t you work on rooms after checkout not first thing in the morning.

Dirty carpets, dated furnishings, very limited breakfast. Facility was undergoing remodeling which hadn’t been mentioned. Former walk out doors in rooms converted to windows looking out on industrial dumpsters. Overpriced for the condition of the facility

That was the first leg of my vacation. So I basically got there got some sleep and left around 4:00 a.m. so I know they had a continental breakfast which I would have loved but I knew I'd be gone well before then the people there were absolutely wonderful it was quiet safe area to park my dog loved it all around awesome

You get what you pay for, but its decent.
Good value for the price. Its dated, but it was clean and safe. Cable & heat work well. Quiet. Breafast was very simple. Yogurt, cereal, toast, & a waffle maker. Got a call from the front desk on the in room phone a little over an hour before check out asking if we needed another night or if we were planning to check out, and then the maid was hovering while we were packing up to leave. Felt very rushed out, and felt this was rude. If they wanted us out an hour before check out they should move the check out time.

Not Great.
It was clean, which is huge. Thd night clerk was friendly and appropriate. Our TV didn’t work at all, the breakfast was terrible, and the heat/AC fan was quite loud coming on and off all night.

Overnight in Gran Island Days Inn
The blankets in our room need to be replaced. They are made of two pieces of material filled with cotton batting, and they have been used enough where the filling material has moved into the 4 corners with very little left in the middle. Mine had one corner torn and the filling was hanging out. This is NOT typical of the quality found at a Days Inn Motel. By comparison, the heater was exceptionally quiet and finding two sinks in the baqthroom area was a nice treat. Respectfully, George Myers Overland Park, Ks USaF 1964-70
