Very handy yet private, quiet, and uncongested. The Quality Inn next door and Days Inn are associated so you can enjoy the solitude of the Days Inn and the amenities of the Quality Inn. The neighboring Shell Station and Arby's are a plus.

Cons: Would have liked a refrigerator
Location: Went to Grand Island for the annual sandhill crane migration. Hotel was conveniently located.
Decent room for the price. Received a coupon for a full breakfast at a neighboting hotel which was an added bonus. Quiet on non-freeway side of hotel.

Heat/AC

Posted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: Breakfast was okay.
Cons: Have maintanence staff check rooms on a regular bases.
Location: Not sure. We arrived late and left early.
When I turned on heater because the room was cold, the metal cover over the unit fell off. I had to put a chair against the cover to keep it place.

All chain hotels are not created equal

Posted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: The room was large, very clean and welcoming.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Near the Platt River where the sandhill cranes come to roost every year in February and March.
What a pleasant surprise this Day's Inn turned out to be. It felt like a much more expensive hotel, large nicely appointed room, great breakfast spread. Driving across country I've found that each hotel of a chain stands on its own. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
