Pleasant stay in Grand Island

The check-in was friendly, efficient and helpful. The property was full but clean and welcoming after a long day of traveling. What little issues arose during the stay were attended to by the staff effectively. Smiles were great and plentiful. If and when we travel through Grand Island again, we will keep Fairfield Inn and Suites in mind.

Nice Hotel

Stayed one night, hotel was nice, easy to get to location. Pool/hottub were nice, kids had a good time. Breakfast was good.

Quiet Clean and Comfortable!

We have stayed here before and knew when we were back in town this was the hotel for us. Clean, great service, breakfast, very comfortable beds and even when full very quiet.

Great hotel

Hotel was modern, clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was really good too. Only complaint was that our room had a bit of a smell to it, but this was the exception not the rule. Would definitely stay again.

Best in Grand Island

Pros: Clean and updated
Cons: Bathroom door did not shut.
Location: Not much around.
There is not much to choose from out in Grand Island, but this is about as good as you can get.

This Was A Neatly Maintained Facility In A Good Area. I Was Disappointed That I couldn't Use My AARP Card For A Discount Because someone Else Had Made My Reservation Thru Expedia; I Was Told No Adjustments Could Be Made On Site. The Room Was Very Clean & Neat With The Exception Of A Dingy Floor Of The Tub. The Room Temp Was At 72°, A Bit Warm For Me, ButThe Thermostat Was Easily Accessed & Adjustable.

Room great. Service great. Breakfast great. Be aware, it is 10-12 minutes off I-80. It is in town, not by the freeway.
