“Super friendly staff”
Although we didn't like driving "all the way" into Grand Island from I-80, the Hampton Inn seemed like the best choice for a stop over on our way back from Colorado Springs. The outstanding quality of this hotel was the friendly front desk staff. We were happy with the clean comfortable rooms and ample breakfast. The pool area was nice, but per a sign on the door the hot tub heater was not working the day we stayed so we had to settle for warm. My husband stays at Hampton Inn's for work quite often and commented that this was one of the nicest ones he has encountered.
Room and bathroom were awesome. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast not great but okay. Hotel was quiet and very clean!
“Ususal Hampton Inn quality.”
After a few minor glitches at the beginning of our stay, everything went smoothly. The code for the internet had not been activated and the staff did everything they could to correct the situation, even following up with a call to see if we were connected later. Clean, quiet and comfy.
Good experience, continental breakfast was OK. Overall I'd stay again.
