The price was good, the hotel was simple but clean and in good condition, and the "backyard" was awesome with a little wooden deck right at the edge of a little private lake. We would have liked to stay longer just to enjoy the ambiance of the lake! And, we were fortunate enough to have a room facing the lake, with a great view.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The only problem I had was that my key did not work when I went back to my room Friday afternoon, and I had to go down to the office to get my keys updated. Thanks so much for the nice stay.

“Great service”

This isn't a fancy hotel, but it was affordable, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Just what we needed for a night.

“Nice place to stay for families and older people.”

We stayed at this motel for 2 nights. We had 2 rooms. My mother in law was next door and we had a nice room with our small child. We could not hear exterior noise. Beds were comfortable. Water was good temperature. Breakfast was great. The desk clerk working the evening shift makes homemade chocolate chip cookies when she is on duty for the guests if her work load permits. Decor is a little older but not bad. We had non smoking rooms but you smell smoke in the hallways from the smoking rooms. There is a nice deck off the east side of building to a little lake where you can feed ducks. We all said we would visit this motel again.

“Fine for overnight stay”

After a long day of driving, and a similar day coming up, the motel was fine. It was clean, welcoming, and their breakfast start time was 5 am, so we could get the early start we wanted with a cup of coffee in our stomachs.

There was good water pressure and temperature for showers. We were able to achieve a comfortable room temperature and the beds were satisfactory. We were close to shopping and restaurants. We felt very taken care of.

“Good basic place to stay”

Bed was a little soft, but a decent place to spend the night on a cross-country drive. The deck out back is a nice touch.

“Would I go Back?”

Yes, I would choose a Rodeway Inn again. Quite satisfactory. The Continental breakfast had a lot of item to choose from. If you are looking for a comfortable, adequate motel I would suggest a Rodeway Inn.
