“Very convenient location - comfy - will stay again.”

Rooms are very simple but roomy, and bed is very comfortable. Room had a microwave and refrigerator at no extra cost. That was so helpful and convenient. Free breakfast was very nice - available items included fresh waffles, cereal, pastries, fruit, milk, juice, and coffee. Because of the free breakfast and the in-room refrigerator and microwave, we spent very little on restaurants during our trip. Great value! Management was very nice and courteous. Free wireless internet was a nice perk as well!

“Nice clean room”

Traveling through Nebraska on a Saturday evening on the way to Iowa. Decided to stop for the night. Not knowing the Nebraska State Fair was in progress. We found the only room available and took it. Pleasently suprised, it was a nice hotel that was clean. Even in the process of remodel, things were clean and picked up.

“It was OK......”

It was a good place to stay. We got a good rate online cheaper than any other of the hotels around it. A few problems checking in because of online glitches. Very clean and quiet!

“It was ok.”

You get what you pay for! Cheap rooms, beds were kinda crappy and the towels were stained. The inside of the hotel could use some maintenance. It was ok, if all you need is a place to crash, this will do. If you're looking for more, i would opt for a more expensive place!

“You get what you pay for”

The room wasa supposed to be non-smoking. It reaked of cigarette smoke. There were two double beds instead of two queens. I didn't get the adult rollaway I requested, but was not charged. The toilet leaked and ran if the stopper was not manually replaced in the tank with each flush. The shower was made for a vertically challenged person. We had to kneel to wash our hair! This was the lowest priced hotel and you certainly could tell why! I won't stay here again and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

“It was good.”

Overall, it was an ok place to stay. For the price we paid it was fine. The only real complaint was that the chairs around the table in our room were broke and we were told that they would be replaced the following morning and they weren't. It was a quiet place to stay, just far enough off the highway that with the windows closed you couldn't hear the trafic hardly at all.

“Don't bother to stop!”

The outdoor entrance was not locked, the security latch on room door was barely hanging on and there was tape over the bathroom door to keep it from being locked. The baseboards had been torn out and replaced by narrower window casing, leaving torn drywall exposed. The breakfast was skimpy and limited. It just seemed as if getting by as cheap as possible was the goal of the hotel, rather than a safe, comfortable environment for their guests.

“Work in progress!”

Made last minute plans and found this hotel had availability for a very economical price. After booking found some very negative reviews about this hotel including one that included bed bugs. I printed the review and presented it to the desk clerk on check-in. I was told there was a problem with one room and one room only in 2007 but the problem had been corrected. The hotel was undergoing a complete remodel when we arrived. The clerk asked if I'd like to look at the room before agreeing to stay. After a thorough examination I found no bed bugs but did have the pillows replaced due to staining. We did find the unlocked outdoor entrance a little alarming. The carpet in the room had recently been replaced but was not finished. The air conditioning unit had a plastic guard that required some careful manipulation to get the air flowing into the room instead of into the window. The bathroom needed updating and there was a leak from the toilet but hopes are the remodel included updating and repairing leaky toilets. The room was okay for the price but definitely needs some work which is in progress.

“WOW... ALL I CAN SAY... JUST ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING”

I would never stay there. The room we attempted to stay in looked like someone had been brutally attacked in our room! There was what looked like blood saturated throughout a large portion of the box springs and matching the bottom of the matress itself. Please do not stay there with intentions of saving a few bucks because it truly cost me more when I had intended on only spending with my budget what they charged (and thankfully they did give me back my money) but had to go to a different hotel and paying a little more and much better quality/service/overall experience. Please do not stay here unless it is absolutely necessary and you have no where else to stay. I would have stayed in my vehicle before I would have slept in that room.
