“It was a nice stay”

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. Had to travel a short distance to find a resturant, but given the short distance this is not a problem. Room was very clean and breakfast was good.

Check in was easy, the price we were quoted was the same, and the location was excelent. However the condition of the room was poor. I honestly don't think it was cleaned. There was an electronic key in the room which worked on the door, so doesn't that mean the keys weren't even rekeyed? Isn't that illegal? The trash hadn't been taken out, which I can deal with. The hair in our bed on the otherhand I couldn't. I went to the front desk and asked that the beding be changed. Get this: the non-English speaking person came to the room didn't not remove the dirty sheets, just brushed the hair off the sheet and placed another sheet ontop if it, didn't change the pillow cases, the top sheet or any of the other bedding! Not to mention that she smelled so bad as well! Our room was to be a non smoking room which it was marked as such, but it smelled so bad of smoke. As a plus the airconditioners knob was broken so the room was nice and cold. The free breakfast has biscuit and gravy, which I had read rave reviews about- it had the consistency of cat food. I would NOT recomend this hotel to someone whom wishes to sleep in a clean bed. If all you care about is a place to shower and lay your head on a drity pillow this place is for you!
