Pros: Awesome breakfast buffet
Cons: elevator for convenience carrying everything up to the 2nd floor
Good service, nice rooms Only negative is - no elevator for the second floor

Good hotel for the price. Expected less but got more. Staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

WORST Hotel Experience - ever!!!

Pros: NOTHING.
Cons: Do not shut off the heat to the exterior rooms with unsealed doors that pull in cold air. Give refunds. Offer room changes when people are unhappy.
Do NOT stay at this hotel. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had to stay in a room that had no heat. The room had an outside door that was not sealed and neither was the inside door to the hallway. So, the cold night air (in the 30s) just went right through my room. The heating controls didn't work. It just blew cold air right over top of the bed. I couldn't warm up the room. Called to complain and they said they'd send somebody from maintenance. After about 30-40 minutes, I called again and told them to send blankets. The guy came with the blankets and informed me that the heat had been turned off for the season. It took 2 hours covered with 13 layers of blankets to finally warm up. Was supposed to stay another night, but refused to put up with that again. When I went to check out, I was told that only about half of the hotel has central heat that was turned off. They do have rooms with individual heating units. Nobody offered to have me switch rooms or offered anything. They wouldn't even fully refund my money for the second night. In addition, there was a constant, rhythmic pulsing from a compressor all night long. It sounded like a drum beating - constantly. It is inhumane to put a person in a room with no heat. The staff was not helpful at all. They wouldn't refund my money or even apologize for the horrible experience. I wouldn't even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was a completely horrendous experience. STAY AWAY!

Great stay.

Staff was excellent. Room was kind of cold. I called the front desk for some extra blankets and they brought me some very quickly. Great variety for breakfast. Pool area also had pool tables, air hockey and foosball which was nice to have as an option. Would have been better if you didn't make the guest pay to play pool. Air hockey was no charge, not sure about the foosball. Also, when checking in I was given a free drink coupon for the bar. I was even able to take the drink back to my room.

Very nice staff and excellent Italian Restaurant attached. Breakfast was good and our overall experience was good.

Nice clean hobbit sized rooms

Good breakfast, good bar and Italian restaurant as well. Very friendly staff and gray place for kids to do more than swim. Good overall value
