Everyone was very nice and professionalgor the most part. The people at the front desk need to be trained on focusing on the customer. Waiters and waitresses in the restaurant were awesome. Food was good but the portions are.to small...

Pros: Clean and quite room.
Cons: Attention to detail in equipping the bath with expendable items, a free breakfast buffet, and a small fridge in the room.
Location: To far from town, for a ground traveler. I will stay at Holiday Inn Express next time..
I am used to staying at hotels like Holiday Inn Express, where you get a free hot breakfast and a refrigerator in the room. I guess Holiday Inns don't do this. At least not this one, Their breakfasts are over priced on top of this. I went to the Village Inn near by and ate for half the price. The people who cleaned the room never replaced the hair conditioner, and I only got one little bottle in 6 days.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms always tended to. Best HI Suites ever. Restaurant food and room service is great too.

No free breakfast and noisy!

Pros: Was clean and shower was really nice.
Cons: Having glasses and coffee pot in the bathroom need to be moved.
Fairly nice hotel. Was clean and spacious, but had no free breakfast and the walls were thin. We could hear everything going on in rooms above us and beside us! We whispered or talked low, so they wouldnt hear us! We were glad we didnt have our kids with us this trip. No breakfast and having to keep quiet is not family friendly.

Reserved and paid for room but no room available.

We booked and prepaid for our room through Expedia, but when we arrived after a 6 hour drive, we were informed we had no room. The manager was rather rude. We were sent to another hotel 15 miles away. Our weekend activities required multiple trips to the hotel, thus adding 100 miles of driving to our weekend plans. I guess prepaying for a room doesn't mean you have a room. Recommend another hotel.

Clean very comfortable.

Pros: Cleanliness
Location: Near highway off ramp, close to great Italian resturant, grocery and gas stations.
Stayed in another nearby hotel on our way to our destination that wasn't as nice, decided on or return trip it was worth a couple of extra bucks to stay at holiday inn and it was well worth it. So much cleaner, quieter and beds were very comfortable.

good place to stay

I stayed here for 3 nights. The toilet handle was broken and they fixed it fairly quick, other than that, no issues.

Stay during Spring Break

The hotel was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Not many hotels have an indoor pool as well as an indoor hot tub. But this one did. The heater in the room was quite loud and I could also hear everything that was being said in the room above ours. But I and my daughter can sleep through anything so it only bothered us for a short time (until we fell asleep).

The hotel was clean, rooms and beds very comfortable. I love the choice of soft or firm pillows; quite a luxury! I'll be back to this hotel if I'm ever in the area.
