Wonderful!

Pros: Location, comfort, great wi-fi service, well trained staff.
Cons: Since the hotel was so busy with several large groups, the breakfast service could have been more efficient with more staff.
Location: Nice views of the golf course & mountains. Very close to the airport with shuttle service. Fall colors, local festivals, wineries!
The staff is excellent. They were so accommodating, cheerful, helpful & professional. My arrival was very late due to airline delays, so it was nice to be welcomed with an easy check in. The hotel was very busy and it didn't pose a problem in attending to the guests. My room was better than expected, very spacious, clean & quiet. The bed was very very comfy!!

nice hotel. needs attention to detail

Pros: location to the airport
Cons: room inspections... check phones, and hair dryers.
there were 2 phones in the room and neither was plugged in. One did not even have a cord, but I was able to plug in the phone on the desk. Hairdryer had to be replaced which required maintenance to be in the room. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am and 9:40am the morning of checkout. I felt i was being rushed.

stayed 2 nights 4 year old facility . on sight restaurant and bar food excellent . no free breakfast!!! 10 dollars for 2 people.

Nice airport hotel

Pros: Rooms were clean, hotel was very quiet, even though there was an entire baseball team their families there. Never heard them.
Location: Close to airport and other restaurants, but the shuttle would need to drive you to your destinations. Nothing is really within short walkingdistance
This hotel is just as described online. The rooms looked just like the pictures and it was a pleasant stay. I called the hotel when I landed and they sent a shuttle right away--maybe 6 minutes. The driver said he would take me anywhere I wanted that night, just to come back to the front desk. I ended up eating at the restaurant there. Super friendly staff, but food was just okay. That was really fine since I didn't want to go anywhere else that night. What most surprised me is I couldn't hear any of the planes coming or going from the airport. That was nice. I would stay there again.

Everyone was very nice and professionalgor the most part. The people at the front desk need to be trained on focusing on the customer. Waiters and waitresses in the restaurant were awesome. Food was good but the portions are.to small...

Pros: Clean and quite room.
Cons: Attention to detail in equipping the bath with expendable items, a free breakfast buffet, and a small fridge in the room.
Location: To far from town, for a ground traveler. I will stay at Holiday Inn Express next time..
I am used to staying at hotels like Holiday Inn Express, where you get a free hot breakfast and a refrigerator in the room. I guess Holiday Inns don't do this. At least not this one, Their breakfasts are over priced on top of this. I went to the Village Inn near by and ate for half the price. The people who cleaned the room never replaced the hair conditioner, and I only got one little bottle in 6 days.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms always tended to. Best HI Suites ever. Restaurant food and room service is great too.
