Pros: The convenience and cleanliness
Cons: Nothing the mention off hand. had a great stay and will go back again
Location: I do not know much about the area personally, but it was located right off the freeway. Quit a few restaurants nearby as far as we could see.
Great room and customer service. Room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a 1 night stay. Restaurant and Bar/Lounge were extremely nice and the food was very good.

Pros: location; even though right on I-70, quiet and clean.
Cons: It's a little hard to find. You can see it, but it's not intuitive how to get there.
Location: Go to downtown Grand Junction's Main Street for some good food - good variety, quaint area. And don't forget Enstrom's Toffee!
Price was good, location was convenient. I was actually quite pleased with the quality of the hotel - pleasant surprise! Clean, comfortable room. Bed was terrific! Staff was helpful.

Great place to stay

Pros: It's clean, comfortable and fairly convenient.
Cons: Directionals to get to the hotel. You can see it from the highway, but signage to get there is lacking.
The front desk lady who was on duty when I checked in was very friendly with the guy ahead of me, laughing and chatting it up, talking about her trip to Las Vegas, asking him where he was going, etc. When I got up to the counter, it was all business, here's your keys. Not even a welcome and enjoy your stay. I like the Holiday Inn Express in Grand Junction...it's a nice, clean, comfortable hotel...but the staff needs to learn to treat ALL guests the same! I didn't feel as welcome as the guy ahead of me, that's for sure.

This a very nice, clean hotel however there needs to be a way to drown out noise. I heard people in the bathroom as well as several alarm clocks in the morning.

Pros: Location, comfort, great wi-fi service, well trained staff.
Cons: Since the hotel was so busy with several large groups, the breakfast service could have been more efficient with more staff.
Location: Nice views of the golf course & mountains. Very close to the airport with shuttle service. Fall colors, local festivals, wineries!
The staff is excellent. They were so accommodating, cheerful, helpful & professional. My arrival was very late due to airline delays, so it was nice to be welcomed with an easy check in. The hotel was very busy and it didn't pose a problem in attending to the guests. My room was better than expected, very spacious, clean & quiet. The bed was very very comfy!!

The hotel, the staff and amenities were all wonderful. Justin at the front desk was helpful and kind at check in. Our room was not ready upon arrival early, however when I returned, he simply handed us keys and we were all set. We traveled with a toddler and the room was already prepared with the crib. The hotel is family friendly but also suits adults traveling alone well. Thank you for a great three day stay. We will definately be back!!!

Pros: location to the airport
Cons: room inspections... check phones, and hair dryers.
there were 2 phones in the room and neither was plugged in. One did not even have a cord, but I was able to plug in the phone on the desk. Hairdryer had to be replaced which required maintenance to be in the room. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am and 9:40am the morning of checkout. I felt i was being rushed.

My husband and I have avoided vacation this year due to some less than stellar experiences at hotels on previous vacations. This hotel changed it all for us! Friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable beds and our was quiet as well. Breakfast was good too! We go to Palisade every year and we will be staying here from now on.
