Requested wheelchair access room with wheel chair access bath. Arrived to find they did not accommodate our request.

We've stayed at the Mesa Inn several times in the past with mixed results, this was the worst yet, no hot water and the coffee maker was plugged and unusable !!

The room was ok except for bathroom. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be. Bed was comfortable, but everytime I used a cellphone a static sound came from the cable box. Most disappointing was the breakfast area. Dirty and not well stocked or cared for by staff.

Was OK, reason its cheap, spider left on floor in corner by tub smashed, room very noisy neighbors noisy...

Nice but be prepared to wait for hot water...

hot water takes about 10-15 minutes to reach rooms at the end of the hotel - so plan your showers in advance :)

Value hotel

Clean, comfortable room. Easy check in, staff pleasant and accommodating. Bed comfortable. Internet was intermittent and carpet was worn and a little dingy. Overall a good value.

Shuttle service not great at all.

Everything was good except prior to arriving at the hotel I asked if they would have a shuttle to airport. When I arrived and on the day I needed the shuttle they said the shuttle driver is not back in town and I have to make my own arrangement.
