The property is showing its age. Furnishings are especially worn.
But the rooms are quiet and comfortable

The place is run down. The room smelled terrible. Loose light switches. I immediately changed hotels and canceled the reservation for my son and his girlfriend and rebooked at a different hotel. Staff was nice but the place sucks.

This property turns out to be very tolerable -- nothing special, but apparently well managed, as all the bases were covered. Bed was particularly comfortable. Service was solid. Not bad for an inexpensive option where most of the lodging industry in this area are price gouging opportunists who obviously only care about MONEY -- outrageous nightly rates that should be recognized as criminality on steroids. Shame on the lodging industry,

This was one of the worst places I've stayed at in a long time. I booked a stay for two nights because I was running a race in the area. But my room had a strong smell of old cigarettes so my sleep wasn't great the first night. It was so bad I decided to drive four hours home instead of staying there a second night so I wasted that money, unfortunately.

This was an older property, but it was immaculate.
And staff what's great, Breakfast food was great, Mattress on our bed and pillows was fabulous. We'll be back. Also, want to mention they recommended a restaurant called Spoons and it was Definitely a five star.

Ice machine on lower level did not work or was out of ice.
Bathroom facet did not work properly.
Sliding door going to outside was very difficult to open and close.

Not bad, not bad at all. Not luxurious at all but a decent place to stay the night and get off the highway. It's an older hotel, very 1970-80's style, but it looks like they have done their best to maintain it. I've stayed in way worse hotels, tons of dining options within a few blocks, and close to the highway.

Quiet. Good rooms. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful employees. Excellent breakfast - waffles, bagels, cereal, scrambled or boiled eggs, and sausage, whole fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea. Good location: restaurants nearby. Free parking. No hidden fees.

The property was a great value for us. The room was clean and met our needs. There are updates that need to be made but didn't interfere with the value of the price and the cleanliness of the room.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. It was pet friendly but there was no grass for my pet to relieve himself.

The property was clean and the service was good. Couple of things that could be done by maintenance is the bathroom heated lamp was missing a piece on the wall mount making it impossible to turn on. The shower valve also seemed to be not properly working since there was mostly cold water, and if you wanted hot, would have to slightly turn the water on, thus leaving me to shower with very little water without much pressure.
Other than that, it was a clean and comfortable place to spend the week. I didn’t call maintenance for any of my issues for I thought they were minor so I don’t have first hand knowledge on that part of the customer service experience. At the end of the day, I would definitely return.
