People were moving around yelling/partying til the wee hours. There should be some sort of warning seen prior to booking.

Avoid this place unless you desperately need a room to sleep and shower in. The price of the room was rediculous as well, considering how run down and dirty it was. "Just off the highway" robbery!

Just ok, soiled carpet

I stayed at this hotel by myself for a mountain biking trip. I thought it was ok. I wouldn't stay at this hotel if my family was with me due to the soiled carpet.

Good place, helpful and friendly staff

Pros: We slept very well, the room temperature controls worked well, and the beds were very comfy. This is a little older hotel, but pleasant.
Cons: The breakfast was quite basic, just prefab danishes - we went to Village Inn instead.
Location: The location is fine and easy enough to find- we were only passing through so can't comment about things to do nearby.
The first room ( ground floor) assigned to us in this pet friendly hotel smelled of urine. We brought it to the attention of the manager, Sami, who was very apologetic and immediately assigned us another room upstairs which was very nice and clean. Sami was very nice and very helpful and we appreciated him working immediately to fix the problem. The pool was basic, and enjoyable for our 12 year old. It is a good, basic, and inexpensive place to stay in Grand Junction.

This motel is very bare-bones. It was clean and had everything that we needed and I would recommend it to someone looking for a cheap place to sleep. The only thing that was very annoying is that the sink was leaking all night and I doubt management would spend the money to fix it even if we had told them. Also, the front desk never answered the phone. No matter how many times it rang.

Cons: rooms need to be updated, front desk staff changed, new bedding, outside needs updating, or lower your price to a one star
Location: great downtown area with nice restaurants
I would have expected better from Expedia, I get good deals online all the time and this motel was the first yet. Its old, dirty and run down on the outside. Our room had old furniture, old stained bed linens, door to bathroom was smashed in and covered over poorly, and one wall had been damaged and patched over . Would have never stayed at this motel by driving up to it and am not pleased you can't get your money back when you don't like the place. Front desk man was scary looking and didn't even get off the phone while helping us. Wouldn't even think about using the pool. This room costs us $75 which included a pet fee. Quite frankly, it was only good enough for my dog.

HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE

So I reserved a room through hotels.com. I informed them that we had 2 dogs. they quoted me a price with dogs included. Pd with credit card. When we got there, the hotel manager was ver rude and said the price we paid did not include the dogs, So I had to pay $15 a dog extra. Needless to say, he was very rude and says the website takes their share of the profit. Plus the room was not very clean. The housekeeper had the nerve to argue with me that it was clean! NO MORE! We went to a much nicer hotel and paid the same price but for $10 flat rate for both dogs.
