“Go for it”
This hotel is great. It was more than I expected. Clean, the room was very comfortable, and the room service was really nice.
“Value for your money!”
The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. They do not carry major channels on the TV so we missed the opening night of the olympics!
“Will definately stay again!”
Although we were misinformed about the pet fee, we were very pleased with the hotel and if we had known about it earlier, we would have taken advantage of their "continental dinner" since the breakfast was good. We will definately stay there again the next time we stay in Grand Rapids.

we were very pleased with this Baymont---would recommend it to others. The location was perfect for us and it is in a very good area. we felt safe there and the staff was very good at their jobs.

Close to shopping, Meijer Gardens, John Ball Zoo...and musical fountain in Grand Haven, and the beaches in Muskegon are 30-45 min. away...as is Michigan Adventure. Who could ask for more?

This hotel was clean and comfortable, I don't like the fact that in your room the sink is outside of the washroom. Good price , would stay there again.
“Happy traveler”
My family and I were staying in the hotel overnight to cheer on a family member running the Grand Rapids marathon. The area seemed nice and there were places to eat within walking distance and also a store nearby which came in handy because the only vending (snack) machine in the hotel was not working. The staff was very friendly. We had other family staying in the hotel and the staff was able to get us a room very close to them even though we checked in much later and the hotel was quite full. The hotel was clean and very reasonably priced.

Nice and clean, microwave and refridgerator in room. Pool too cold to enjoy.
